13 INHOMOGENEITY OF THE EXISTING SURFACE WATER MONITORING SYSTEM 12 The monitoring of the quality of the surface waters of the basin is administratively and departmentally disconnected, within each of the national parts of the basin observations are presented systems of state and regional monitoring, including in Belarus, respectively, 9 and 15, in Ukraine - 32 and 39, in Poland -16 and 54 monitoring points.
