Providing high quality services in the areas of wellness, sports recreation and congress tourism, our season is almost a whole year long and, thanks to the vicinity and excellent traffic connections and offer versatility, Novigrad will, in one place, provide each guest with what is the best of Istria. Our hotels Maestral**** and Laguna***, as well as campsites Mareda and Sirena, will provide you with an unforgettable holiday, accompanied by numerous activities. Before, in search of clean sea, guests came to Istria and Novigrad mostly during the summer season, but those habits have changed as numerous sports, gourmet and cultural contents of Novigrad and its surrounding areas offer a sufficient number of arguments for paying a visit throughout the whole year. Since last year, Hotel Feral**** on the island of Korčula is a new member of Laguna Novigrad. We have enriched our vision of holidays for families and sports-minded recreationalists who prefer smaller areas such as Novigrad, with the experience of the settlement of Brna, a small island area, which, with omnipresent tourism, still nurtures traditional values.

4 Kongresna ponuda Hotel Maestral s dvije je velike dvorane i četiri manje sale za sastanke odlično opremljen za održavanje kongresa i sastanaka. Klimatizirane su, s osiguranim projektorima, platnima, internetskom vezom te svime što je potrebno za kvalitetno održavanje manjih i većih skupova. Najveća kongresna dvorana u Maestralu može primiti do 180 ljudi, a mogućnost razmještanja stolica dopušta prilagođavanje prostora različitim potrebama i prigodama. Atraktivni amfiteatar s 80 mjesta odličan je izbor za predavanja, kongrese i skupštine. Sale za sastanke, svaka sa 14 mjesta, ostakljene su i odlične za manje poslovne sastanke, radionice, vinske degustacije, tiskovne konferencije i prezentacije. Sve kongresne dvorane i sale su klimatizirane i vrhunski opremljene kako bi u što većoj mjeri zadovoljile različite potrebe modernog poslovnog čovjeka te njegov boravak i rad u njima učinile udobnim i zanimljivim. Sve dvorane imaju osiguran besplatan pristup internetu (žično i bežično). Vikend-seminari, višednevni kongresi i konferencije održavaju se u kombinaciji sa smještajem i ostalim sadržajima hotela Lagune Novigrad, napose odličnom kuhinjom i ponudom vina i koktela. Congress offer Hotel Maestral, with two large halls and four smaller meeting rooms, is excellently equipped for holding of congresses and meetings. They are air conditioned, with provided OHPs, screens, internet connection and everything that is needed for quality organisation of smaller or larger gatherings. The largest congress hall in Maestral can accommodate up to 180 persons and the possibility of arrangement of chairs facilitates adjustment of the space to suit different needs and occasions. The attractive amphiteatre with 80 seats makes an excellent choice for various lectures, congresses and annual general meetings. Glass-fronted meeting rooms, each seating 14, are excellent for smaller business meetings, workshops, wine tasting sessions, press conferences and presentations. All congress halls and rooms are air conditioned and superbly equipped in order to meet the different needs of a modern businessman in the best possible way and make his stay in them comfortable and interesting. All the halls have guaranteed free internet access (wired and wireless). Weekend seminars and several days long congresses and conferences are held in combination with accommodation and other Laguna Novigrad hotel facilities, especially their excellent cuisine and a rich choice of wines and cocktails. The hotel facilitates, as an additional activity to the gatherings, the organisation of quieter or livelier parties. On request, vegetarian, gluten-free and other special meals, meat and fish menus, imaginative desserts and other, can be prepared.

17 Novigrad - Cittanova Novigrad, grad ribara, vinara i proizvođača maslinovog ulja, danas je razvijeno turističko središte okrenuto obiteljima, sportski nastrojenim rekreativcima, kampistima i nautičarima. Novigrad je smješten na sjeverozapadnoj obali istarskog poluotoka, udaljen 25 km od granice sa Slovenijom i po 15-ak kilometara od obližnjih gradskih centara; Poreča, Umaga i Buja. Grad se razvio na otočiću koji je u 18.st. pripojen kopnu i danas čuva srednjovjekovnu urbanu strukturu. Novigrad je jedini grad u Istri čije su zidine direktno na moru, a potpuno očuvane i osvijetljene, danas su jedan od simbola i gradskih turističkih atrakcija. Novigrad Cittanova Novigrad, a small town of fishermen, wine and olive oil producers, today is a well developed tourist centre directed to families, sports-minded recreationalists, campers and boaters. Novigrad is situated on the north-west coast of the Istrian peninsula, 25 kilometres away from the border with Slovenia and some 15 kilometres each from the nearby town centres of Poreč, Umag and Buje. This town was developed on a small island, which was joined to the mainland in the 18th century and which, still today, keeps its medieval urban structure. Novigrad is the only town in Istria whose walls are immersed in the sea, yet completely preserved and illuminated; today, they are one of the landmarks and town s tourist attractions. 20 Gourmet Prisutnost romanskih, germanskih i slavenskih kultura i običaja možda je najbolje vidjliva u gourmet ponudi. Istarski pršut, tartuf, sir i med, kobasice i ombolo, puževi, sardele, ribe i školjke, šparuge, maneštre, domaća tijesta, maruni, maslinovo ulje i vina dijelom su vrhunske gourmet ponude koja se njeguje u hotelskim restoranima, konobama i agroturizmima širom Istre. Područje Novigrada i sjeverozapadne Istre posebno je poznato po vinima. Desetak najpoznatijih hrvatskih vinara smješteno je u blizini Novigrada, a Laguna Novigrad, poznata je i po vlastitom maslinovom ulju. Djevičansko maslinovo ulje Vergal uzgaja se u maslinicima u neposrednoj blizini naših hotela i kampova i prozvodi na tradicionalan način pružajući gostima jedan od najzdravijih sastojaka mediteranske kuhinje. Gourmet The presence of the Roman, German and Slavic cultures and customs is perhaps most visible in the gourmet offer. Istrian prosciutto, truffles, cheese and honey, sausage and ombolo, snails, sardines, fish and shellfish, wild asparagus, manestra, homemade pasta, chestnuts, olive oil and wines form a part of the supreme gourmet offer which has been nurtured in hotel restaurants, taverns and farm tourism facilities throughout Istria. The area of Novigrad and north-west Istria are particularly wellknown for their wines. Ten or so most famous Croatian wine producers are located in the vicinity of Novigrad and Laguna Novigrad is also well known for its own olive oil. Extra-virgin olive oil Vergal is made of olives from olive groves situated next to our hotels and campsites and is produced using a traditional method, providing guests with one of the healthiest ingredients of the Mediterranean cuisine. In the vicinity, there is also a fully equipped town sports hall. Only 2 km distant, the Mirna River is made for kayak rides, while golfers can enjoy their game at a nearby 18-hole golf course. We would particularly mention Hotel Maestral as a bike-friendly hotel, which follows the trends in Istria as a cycling destination with over 2,600 kilometres of cycling paths and roads, of which there are some 500 kilometres in the wider surroundings of the town of Novigrad.
