Berthing is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. We ask that you provide advanced notice, when feasible, of your approximate arrival time so we can be fully prepared for your arrival and minimize any inconvenience to you. Upon arrival at the marina, you will be escorted to your slip by an IGY Marinas tender. Dock attendants will guide you in and assist you with docking. Once comfortably settled, we ask that you visit our marina office to check-in. The office staff will quickly register you with the marina and answer any questions you may have. CHECK IN/OUT TIMES Check-in 4:30pm Check-out 10:30am Early check-in/late check-out: Please submit all requests with the Marina Office. Early Check-In and Late Check- Out will be accommodated based upon availability at no extra cost, only if the slip is vacant. Temporary Slips: In the event an early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out is not possible, the marina staff will make every effort to accommodate you temporarily until your slip is available or you are ready to depart the marina. In the event you are provided with a temporary slip and you do not move to your assigned slip when it comes available, The Yacht Club at Isle de Sol reserves the right

11 THE YACHT CLUB AT ISLE DE SOL ST. MAARTEN, DC to charge you two times (2x) the original daily rate for each night you occupy the temporary slip, regardless the reason for refusal to relocate. This is necessary as The Yacht Club at Isle de Sol often operates at full capacity and your failure to relocate to your assigned slip can negatively affect other customers. Procedure: The captain or assignee must check-in and check-out at the marina office in each instance unless otherwise arranged with the marina management. Additional charges: If a slip is occupied after 4:30pm on the day of your scheduled departure, an additional night s dockage will be charged to your account. Police Station, Immigration, and Port Clearance facility at bridge. immigration & customs The Customs & Immigration Department is located in the Police Station adjacent to the channel in the Simpson Bay Lagoon. In order to clear in and out of the St. Maarten Immigration Office, you will need the following: Three (3) copies of immigration forms One (1) copy of the customs declaration form One (1) customs monetary declaration if in possession of funds in excess of $9, USD Valid Ships Registry Three (3) copies of crew list Three (3) copies of guest list Valid crew and guest passports. FUEL, OIL & LUBRICANTS PLEASE NOTE: All fuel, oil, and lubricant orders must be made through the marina office. Delivery of any of the above products will not be allowed on property unless ordered through the marina. 11

Also on premises is National Marine Supplies a shop full of products for every crew member from captains and mates to engineers, stews and deckhands. National Marine Supplies specializes in chandlery and supply. They can order marine products and parts from all over the world. National Marine Supplies: No exterior work can take place at the Yacht Club Isle de Sol without prior approval from the marina office. This is to insure that any work done on one yacht does not negatively affect any other vessels in port. PROVISIONING Directly on the premises, adjacent to the Castaway s Bar & Restaurant, is IDS Yacht Provisioning, which is an excellent purveyor of the finest foods, wines, and champagnes from around the world. The island by day provides hidden beaches and hills are left to be discovered for you to find peace and quiet. Eco-activities offer hiking, biking, windsurfing, and kayaking to places of immense tropical beauty. By night the island invites you to partake in exciting nightclubs and bars. Many of the casinos have various forms of gambling with an array of restaurants, shows, and bands. BEACHES There are 37 beaches in Sint Maarten/ Saint Martin. BUTTERFLY FARM Butterfly Farm features hundreds of rare and exotic butterflies in a serene atmosphere with gardens, waterfalls and ponds. The farm provides guided tours and is great for kids. It is located in the Le Galion area next to Bayside Riding Stables. Hours: 9:00am-4:30pm SHOPPING The entire island of St. Maarten is a duty-free shopping paradise! There are great bargains on everything from alcohol, jewelry to clothing apparel and the best part is no paperwork is required! 18 GOLF Mullet Bay Golf has 18 holes surrounded by water and palm trees. It is located between the Simpson Bay Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea Also available is a ferry ride to Anguilla s golf course, making a great day trip. Ask the marina for ferry details. TENNIS There are two tennis courts on site at Isle de Sol. Please contact the marina office for availability and access to these courts.
