3 DAILY WSHIP SESSION & MNING DEVOTIONS F ALL Each morning we will begin with a wonderful worship session led by Neville D. Singing some of your favourite worship songs, together with his own music, Neville D is a talented Christian musician and entertainer. His worship sessions will be followed by a devotional teaching by one of our guest pastors and speakers below Suitable for Christians from any denominational background, you will find these devotions helpful and encouraging. MNING MINISTRY, PRAYER & DEVOTION F WOMEN As part of our cruise, we will have various seminars for ladies, led by our female guest speakers and pastors. They will offer inspirational morning devotions and ministry time just for women, on a host of topics including spiritual and emotional well-being; discovering who you are in Christ and prayer time for various prayer needs! These morning sessions will run concurrently with the general morning devotions, so you must choose one session to attend. SEMINARS ON THE BIBLE / END TIMES / ISRAEL ETC For those interested in a Taste of Israel we will be offering morning and afternoon sessions in a host of subjects relating to the Bible, Israel, the End Times and various relevant teachings. These will be conducted by Aden Friedman, a speaker from Jews for Jesus and a former Orthodox Jew. Attendees who have been to Israel will love these sessions as they will inspire you to relive the Holy Land and learn more about your Bible. For those who have never been to Israel, you will be motivated to visit the Holy Land and get a better understanding of the Bible and the deep teachings contained in the Word of God. These seminars will take place in the morning and afternoon. They will run con-currently with the ladies seminars, so you can only attend of each at any given time. TEACHINGS, PREACHING & PRAYER SESSIONS F WOMEN For those interested in joining our Dynamic Women Cruise we will be offering morning and afternoon teaching, preaching and prayer sessions by our various lady pastors. 5 NOTICE OF CONDITIONS TO ALL PARTICIPANTS Travel trading as Magazine (Pty) Ltd, their associated companies and agents, and all persons, parties or organizations acting on their behalf or in collaboration with them, as their agent, and all group leaders (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Agent ) give notice that:- 1. a. In issuing or obtaining the issue of any ticket or coupon, on making any arrangement for transport or conveyance, or for accommodation, the Organizing Agents act as agents only, and shall not be liable as principals. b. The Organizing Agents shall be entitled to make any arrangements for the issue of any ticket or coupon or for transport or for conveyance or for accommodation as they in their entire discretion may deem advisable. c. The Organizing Agents shall not be liable in any circumstance whatsoever and whether in contract or deficit for any damage, injury (including death), loss, delay, or inconvenience of any sort whatsoever which shall be caused to any passenger, whilst on tour or journey or whilst organizing Agents or for any alleged failure by the Organizing Agents to make satisfactory or any arrangements and whether caused through the act of default of any for the servants, agents or sub-contractors of the Organizing Agents. 2. Each passenger agrees that he, his heirs, executors, administrators and/or assigns shall indemnify the Organizing Agents, its servants and agents from and against claims for damage from any cause whatsoever to any person who may make a claim against the organizing Agents or any of them, whether for loss or damage to property in the custody of a passenger, whether or not such a claim is based on the negligence of the organizing Agents, its servants or agents or any sub-contractors of the Organizing Agents. 3. All arrangements are subject to the law of the country where the conveyance of hotel or other service is to be provided. 4. All prices are ex departure point indicated in the tour programme and based on prices and rates of exchange ruling at the time of preparation of the document in which the quotation is made and is subject to increase without notice. All prices quoted are per person sharing accommodation. 5. Couriers or representatives have no authority or permission to refund any monies paid or give any right to claim a refund from the Organizing Agents. 6. The Organizing Agents cannot hold themselves responsible for the obtaining of refunds on loss or unused tickets, coupons or vouchers, although every effort will be made to claim settlement on behalf of passengers. 7. CANCELLATION: Deposits paid are on a non refundable basis if the booking is cancelled. The company also reserves the right to retain the whole or part of the tour price paid in the event of a cancellation. Written confirmation of cancellation is required. 8. Attention is drawn to the frequency of changes in official timetables and passengers are urged themselves to verify any times of departure shown in any programme or itinerary. 9.The cruise liner concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their ship. The passenger tickets in use by the cruise, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the cruise liner MSC and the passenger. 10.Passengers are reminded that luggage or personal property taken on tour is at owner s risk and passengers themselves are advised to insure it. Deposit and cancellation insurance, personal accident and sickness insurance are NOT automatically included, or if otherwise indicated on your travel programme. 11.The Organizing Agents reserve the right to cancel or abandon the tour. In such event, any monies paid will be refunded, less any expenses, disbursements or other commitments incurred on behalf of the passengers, and in such event the Organizing Agents will accept no further or other liabilities whatsoever. The right is further reserved to modify the tour in any way they deem advisable. In this event, the projected tour will not be proceeded with unless a minimum number of passengers (at the discretion of the Organizing Agents) participate. 12.Tours are planned on the basis of twin bedded rooms and where for reason beyond their control, the Organizing Agents cannot accommodate any participant on this basis, the passenger will be obliged to pay the supplement for a single room unless he/ she can arrange with two other passengers of the same sex to share with them a three-bedded room. In the event of a threebedded room being used, the tariff for twin-bedded accommodation will apply. 13.The Organizing Agents reserve the right to cancel any passenger from a tour with immediate effect, in the interest of the tour group. If such an action is necessary, the Organizing Agents will refund any payments, made by the passenger without any further penalties for both parties and without any prejudice to any rights of the Organizing Travel Agents. 14.All deposits and tour monies are payable to Magazine (Pty) Ltd, we will not take any responsibility for payments done to a third person. A non-refundable deposit is payable at the confirmation of your booking to confirm your reservation with the tour. 15.The Organizing Agent except no responsibility for any documents lost, either in the post or by courier. 16. Participating confirms that the passenger have read and understood the terms, notice of conditions to all participants and accept to abide by these rules at all times while on tour 17.FEX: Please be advised that in terms of the SA Reserve Bank (SARB) Regulations the land arrangement portion of your tour will be endorsed against your allowable annual foreign exchange allowance by SARB. 18. Travel cannot be held responsible if entry to any country is denied for any reason, nor can we be held responsible for any change of requirements, delays or loss of passport caused by the Consulates concerned. 19. Cancellation: a cancellation fee of R6000pp will be levied in the event of a reservation being cancelled. The Company reserves the right to retain the whole or part of the tour price paid by the passenger who cancels the tour less than 90 days before the depature date. Written notice to this effect is required. Deposits are not transferable. 20. The passenger undertakes to familiarise themselves with MSC s terms and conditions as listed on their website. The passenger takes responsibility for abiding by these conditions and indemnified Magazine (Pty) Ltd and Travel from any claims resulting from their cruise ship tour.
