Order-in-Council EC of March 12, 2013 is hereby rescinded.

3 203 EC QINGFENG ZHOU, GUNGFU LI, HUI SHI AND YUSHI ZHOU (TO RESCIND) Council, having under consideration Order-in-Council EC of March 31, 2015, rescinded the said Order forthwith, thus rescinding permission for Qingfeng Zhou and Hui Shi, both of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China; Gungfu Li of Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia, China; and Yushi Zhou of Winnipeg, Maniba acquire an interest in a land holding of approximately sixty-nine decimal five six (69.56) acres of land at Cape Traverse, Lot 28, Prince County, Province of Prince Edward Island from McCain Foods Limited of Florenceville-Brisl, New Brunswick. L-5 Council granted permission Canadian Nectar Products Inc. of Charlottewn, Prince Edward Island acquire a land holding of approximately seventy (70) acres of land at Murray River, Lot 64, Kings County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Cheryl Wolthuis (formerly Cheryl Irving) of Beach Point, Prince Edward Island SUBJECT TO the parcel receiving subdivision approval pursuant the Planning Act for eleven lots AND PROVIDED THAT the each of the said lots may be used for resource (agriculture apple orchards) use only.

EC SOURIS HARBOUR AUTHORITY INC. Pursuant section 5 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission Souris Harbour Authority Inc. of Souris, Prince Edward Island acquire a land holding of approximately zero decimal four one (0.41) acres of land at Souris, Lot 45, Kings County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Finance PEI of Charlottewn, Prince Edward Island.

L-5 Council granted permission Spud Isle Farms (2010) Ltd. of Morell, Prince Edward Island acquire a land holding of approximately one hundred and eight (108) acres of land at St. Peters, Lot 41, Kings County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from William E. Lewis and Theresa Lewis, both of St. Peters Bay, Prince Edward Island PROVIDED THAT the said real property is identified for non-development use pursuant the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) made under the said Act. EC APPLICATION TO LEASE LAND ARTHUR COUSINS & SONS INC. (TO RESCIND) Council, having under consideration Order-in-Council EC of Ocber 15, 2013, rescinded the said Order forthwith, thus rescinding permission for Arthur Cousins & Sons Inc. of Kensingn, Prince Edward Island acquire, by lease, an interest in a land holding or land holdings of up one thousand, two hundred and twenty-six decimal six (1,226.6) acres of land as part of the said corporation's aggregate land holdings. EC APPLICATION TO LEASE LAND ARTHUR COUSINS & SONS INC. Pursuant section 5 and clause 5.3(1)(b) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission Arthur Cousins & Sons Inc. of Kensingn, Prince Edward Island acquire, by lease, an interest in a land holding or land holdings of up one thousand, four hundred and nine (1,409) acres of land as part of the said corporation's aggregate land holdings PROVIDED THAT the said Arthur Cousins & Sons Inc. files a statement with the Island Regulary and Appeals Commission within one year of the date of this Order and prior 31 December in every subsequent year disclosing the parcel number, the acreage and the term of lease for each parcel leased during the reporting period covered by the statement.
