2 RENTALS RATES PAVILION Deluxe Camping Cabins Experience the other side of camping in one of our rustic Deluxe Cabins. It s like roughing it in a vacation home. Spacious and complete, these units offer up to 42 square feet of living space and sleep from 2 to 6 people. Each of the cabins has two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other bedroom with two sets of twin size bunk beds. You will also find they are equipped with a bathroom including a sink, shower and toilet, a full service kitchen that includes a sink, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and most of your cooking/ eating utensils, a dining area with a table and chairs, futon, TV and even a propane BBQ grill, picnic table and a fire pit. All have heating and Air conditioning this is upscale camping! Rental Campers Don t have your own camper and would like to see what it s all about? We currently have two rental campers that will sleep up to 6 in each. Each comes equipped with air conditioning as well as heat. Private bathroom, eating and cooking utensils, refrigerator, cook stove, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, TV, full size bed and bunk beds built in dinette and sofa, Picnic table and fire pit. Cancellation Policy RV/Tent Sites: 14 days prior to reservation receive a full refund or campground credit minus a $25 administration fee. -14 days, no refunds or credits. 3 SERVICES PROVIDED AMENITIES Just like home... only a lot more fun! General Store Offers a full line of grocery items, household items, in addition to a well stocked RV parts and accessories department. You will also find a wide selection of gifts, jewelry, cast iron cooking items, and a large assortment of clothing. Pay for your propane and firewood at the store. Laundry Facilities Self-service laundry facilities are located on the back side of the general store and beside the restrooms. Change is available in the laundry room via the change machine on the wall and it accepts $1, $5, $1 and $2 bills. ATM Machine There is an ATM machine conveniently located in the laundry room. Restrooms When it s time for a shower, use our restrooms. There are two of them conveniently located in the park. Campsites We offer a wide variety of sites to fit all needs. From No hook ups at all to deluxe cabins and everything in between. Pool Our pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. It is a great place to cool off on a hot summer s day! We will be having a roaming dinner and a community bon fire that you don t want to miss! April Gardening Weekend Help us celebrate Earth Day. We will be making stepping stones, planting a campground vegetable garden and making some hanging baskets! May 1-3 Mardi Gras Weekend Let s take a walk down memory lane and celebrate Mardi Gras the old fashioned way! Come join us! May 8-1 Mother s Day Weekend The tables have been turned! If you don t like water, you might want to request the upper portion of the park for this weekend! August 7-9 All About Fish Weekend Minnow races and a little fish education coming up this weekend! Come join the fun! August Pirate Weekend Ahoy matey! Join us for a little pirate fun! Bring your card board to build your boat and float it in our lagoon! Let s see who can be the last one floating! August Customer Appreciation Weekend/Birthday Weekend It s our 4th anniversary! Come on out and help us celebrate! It ll be like a big birthday party for all to join in on the birthday festivities! There will be a diabetes education class on Saturday at 2pm! August 28-3 No theme this weekend! Come on out and enjoy the campground! September 4-7 Labor Day Weekend 3 night minimum. Diabetes education class at 11am. 9 September 18-2 Sit back and relax weekend Come on out and enjoy the scenery! September Halloween I Weekend We ve moved our halloween weekends up a week this year! Trick Or treat through the campground, Site Decorating Contest, pumpkin painting and much more!! October 2-4 Halloween Weekend II This is our scarier Halloween Weekend. DJ B&G Tunes will be here on Saturday for a monster mash! OCTOBER October 9-12 Time To Shut This Party Down! It s that time of year again where everything comes to an end! This will be the close of our regular camping season. Ribs and Chili cook off weekend! Join us to say farewell to the camping season!

10 RULES TO LIVE BY Be Considerate to fellow campers. Ride Bicycles ONLY During daylight hours. Please do not allow children to ride bicycles on oak lane. Firewood: Firewood can be purchased at the store and burned only in the designated fire ring. Fire rings are not to be moved from their designated locations! We do NOT allow firewood to be brought into the park. There is a $1 fine for anyone caught bringing firewood or burning material into the campground. Quiet time is from 11pm-7am. We don t mind if you want to sit out and enjoy your fire and good company but please respect your neighbors and keep the sound to a minimum. Campsites are assigned. Do Not setup on or move to another site without checking with the office first. Please walk or drive around any campsite other than your own, whether occupied or empty. Speed Limit: Our speed limit is 5 MPH within the campground and 1 MPH on the driveway from Route 6 to the registration office. There are many people walking and riding bikes on the driveway as well as within the campground so we strictly enforce our speed limit. Trash: There are dumpsters just past the registration office on the left hand side headed back out the driveway, please be sure that all campsite trash makes it to this location as we don t want to have unwelcome visitors during the night. At times throughout the season we do offer trash pick up at the sites, please inquire at the registration office/ campground store. We do not accept furniture or appliances in our dumpsters. Thank you for understanding. Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are allowed as long as they are covered once leaving your site. No intoxication or rowdiness is tolerated. Please respect your neighbors. 1 Swimming pool: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times once inside the swimming pool fence. Swimmers in the pool must wear swimsuits designed as swimwear, no street type clothing please. Babies must wear swim diapers, we stock these in our store for your convenience. No Lifeguard on duty, Swimming is at your own risk. Washing RV/Vehicles and watering of the roads: Strictly Prohibited using campground supplied water. There are a couple companies in the area that can come on site and supply their own water to wash your unit for you. Fireworks and firearms: All use of firearms, bow and arrows, or other weapons is strictly prohibited. No firearms are permitted on the property. No fireworks are permitted to be set off on the property. Entrance to the campground constitutes permission for the management of Cozy Creek Family Campground to photograph anyone while on the premises, and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the individual.

11 PET POLICIES Cozy Creek Family Campground Pet Policy Cozy Creek Family Campground is family oriented. We realize that many families have pets, so we allow them at no additional charge, provided that all of our policies are followed. Pets are not allowed at or in Deluxe Cabins or Rental Campers. This page must be signed and presented at check in. 1. Aggressive, and /or barking dogs are not allowed. 2. No more than 2 pets per site are permitted without prior permission from the office. 3. Visitors or guests are NOT permitted to bring pets into the campground! Please be sure to advise them of this before they make a trip out to see you and can t get in. 4. Pet owners must have proof of vaccinations that need to be presented at check in and a copy made. 5. Pets should never be left unattended, they may be left inside your RV if they don t continuously bark. 6. Pets must be on a short leash at all times. Please do not tie them out. 7. When walking dogs, pet owners must carry a bag to pick up the waste. Any pet owner observed not picking up after their pet, or disposing of waste inappropriately, will be removed from the property without refund. $2 fine per pile that is not properly disposed of Pets are not allowed in the store, cabins, rental campers, restrooms, café, fun zone, or playground. 9. Children walking pets must be able to fully control the dog at all times and should be accompanied by an adult. 1. Pet owners must attest that their dog has never bitten or attacked another dog or person. Pets that have attacked other dogs or people are NOT allowed on the property.
