1 The Invitation You are invited to participate in the Classic Car Club of America Museum Concours, The Experience features all Classic Car Club of America Closed Cars - coupes, sedans, touring cars, limousines, town cars and all other CCCA Full Classics will be judged in a separate division. The dates are June 4th - June 6th, The location is the Classic Car Club of America Museum on the grounds of the Gilmore Car Museum located near Kalamazoo. The Concours will be on Sunday, June 6 th. All CCCA recognize Closed Cars are eligible to participate. No Club affiliation is required for the Experience. Please read the enclosed information and mail one entry form for each car you intend to bring to the Experience along with the required entry and event fees in the enclosed pre addressed envelope. On June 5 th there will also be a National CCCA Grand Classic at the Museum all CCCA Classics are eligible but Club Membership is required. The Registrations Forms for the Grand Classic is in your Bulletin or check the Experience entry form and we will send you the National Form and fee. Honorary Awards Honorary trophies, as follows, will be presented, at the discretion of the judges, to the owners of registered cars. The classes are as follows: Closed Full Classics ` Open Full Classics Class *-1929 Class Class Class Class Class Class Class Class Class *Plus CCCA Approved SPECIAL AWARDS: Best of Show Most Elegant Car People's Choice Museum Trustees= Award Don Gilmore Award Hyman Hobbist Award Chairman's Award Classic Car Club Award Art Award Honorary Chairman=s Award Most Outstanding Entry Rules of Entry A recent photograph must accompany your entry. The Concours Committee reserves the right to reject any automobile which does not meet the standards of the 2010 Classic Car Club Museum Concours. Unrestored original cars are welcome to enter, street rods are not. Cars must be in place before 9:00 A.M. on June 6, 2010, and remain in position on the Concours display area until the final award is presented. Porcelain license plates will be presented to the first 100 entrants as a souvenir of the Concours. (Car attendance at the Experience is also required.) In order to have the plate we must receive your entry form by May 1 st. The display of "For Sale or other commercial signs will not be allowed. Videos and photography for commercial purposes are not permitted.

4 Event Information This is a special invitation to all owners of Classic Car Club of America Closed Car and Full Classics to spend a weekend of play at the Museum. Friday there will be a tour and a come as you are Bar-B-Que. There is ample parking for trailers and tow vehicles. Friday s tour will take the picturesque back roads stopping at W.K. Kellogg Manor Hose for lunch and a tour. Saturday there will be a National Grand Classic and for other a trip to Grand Rapids for a guided Tram Tour, with lunch, of the famous Chihuly Glass Collection at the Meijer Gardens (space limited). The Museum barns will be open to view all collections and, don t miss the Miniature Museum (separate fee). Tom Hale will give a tour of the Art Barn and introduce the artists. Saturday s Banquet, Art Auction and Grand Classic awards presentation will be at the Radisson. Sunday is the excitement of the Experience Concours, Silent Auction, Junior Judging, rides in Classics and a Pampered Boutique for the ladies. The awarding of the Experience trophies is in driving-by fashion followed by a farewell Afterglow by the Bill and Barbara Parfets. David Gooding is the Honorary Chairman. 5 Waiver of Claims and Indemnity In consideration of participation by the undersigned in the Classic Car Club Museum Concours (the Event ) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 4 th June 6, 2010 the undersigned agrees, to the extent not prohibited by law, agrees to indemnify, defend and save harmless the Classic Car Club of America Museum the Gilmore Car Museum, the Classic Car Club of America and the participating Clubs and each of their trustees, officers, directors, employees and agents (individually and collectively the Released Parties ) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, costs and expenses in connection with the undersigned's participation in the event which result from the undersigned's fault or neglect. Further, the undersigned acknowledges that the Released Parties assume no liability for stolen or damaged property of the undersigned and the undersigned agrees that he/she is displaying his/her car at his/her sole risk and, to the extent not prohibited by law, the undersigned waives all claims against the Released Parties for damages to the undersigned's car at the Event resulting from any occurrence on the Classic Car Club of America/Gilmore Car Museum grounds except those which result from fault or neglect of a Released Party. In addition, the undersigned will personally read the rules and regulations under which the Event will be conducted and abide by said rules and regulations. The undersigned authorizes the Event to use the photograph(s) and information about the motorcar accompanying each entry for publicity purposes, and certifies such use does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, that the right is granted free and clear; and that the entrant has full power to grant such rights. The undersigned further consents to the use of photographs or depictions of him/her or his/her automobile(s) in any other media, and further agrees that any such media presentation may be used for commercial purposes and warrants that any photographs, video or motion picture films of the Classic Car Club Museum Concours for commercial use must have prior written permission from the Concourrs Executive Committee.
