BINNEY HILL RD BINNEY HILL RD 16:00: PICKNELL, CODY :00: ANONOMOUS, 20:50: :50:00 Civil Issue POLICE RECEIVED A REQUEST FOR A CIVIL STAND-BY. 251 ASHBY RD 251 ASHBY RD Citizen Requested Assistance POLICE RECEIVED A COMPLAINT OF VEHICLES BLOCKING PARKING LOT AT NEW WEST MALL RP called to request a civil stand-by at the P.D. where his ex-girl friend was to drop off his belongings ASSIST - Assisted as Needed I was flagged down at the Dollar General parking lot by a gentleman who told me he had just left the New west mall parking lot and was blocked by vehicles. He said the vehicles were parked in a manner that blocked the normal flow of the parking lot. I entered the lot and found several vehicles on the post office side, one of which was facing me against the one way flow. I directed him to turn his vehicle around, then spoke to several individuals who were milling around a pick up truck. I advised them that I had received a complaint, that the lot was closing soon, and it was time to move on. One panel and post damaged.. Report taken. Dixon came to the PD and registered as a sex offender due to moving from Jaffrey to New Ipswich. I updated the Sex Offender Registration form with Dixon and made the necessary changes reported by Dixon. I reviewed the form with Dixon and he initialed and signed the form where required. Police called numbers in the directory in an attempt to locate the owner. 8 00:00:00 to 8 14:40:00 MEDINA, PAUL :40:00 Complaint CUSTOMER COMPLAINT RP, Postmaster of New Ipswich, was told by his employees today, on Saturday April 15th, a resident was arguing with a Postal Clerk, became agitated, and got into the Clerk's space of the Postal Clerk. RP advised if it weren't for the other Postal Clerk it may have escalated. RP would like police to go to the Post Office and take the statments of the Clerks involved :37:00 JENKS, ALBERT :37:00 OHRV Complaint POLICE RESPONDED TO A COMPLAINT OF DIRT BIKES RIDING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY AND HAD CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE CROSS COUNTY SKI TRAILS Mr. Jenks located the two JV's on his property and stopped them. The two JV's stopped when requested by Mr. Jenks. Mr. Jenks and the two JV's stood by until police arrived. The two JV's admitted to operating their MC on Mr. Jenks property and that they had driven there from Green Farm Road. The JV's parents were called to the scene. Once at the scene the parents were briefed on what had occurred and took custody of the JV's and their motorcycles were towed from the scene. Negative contact, unable to locate. GOA - Gone on Arrival RP called to report that a black dodge pick up truck and white chevy pickup truck were racing up and down Fox Farm Rd. RP advised that the trucks have been doing burnouts for the last half hour. RP advised that the trucks were last know to be travelling in the direction of the Amazing Flower Farm.
