1 Presidents Message Greetings to all of you out there in Chevyland! I hope at this juncture you all have recovered from Hurricane Sandy and your life has returned to normalcy. You will be proud to learn that our club voted to donate $500 to the Sandy Relief fund spearheaded by Governor Christie s wife. This was quite a benevolent gesture that demonstrated our support for our fellow New Jerseysians affected by this devastating storm. Kudos to you all! Shifting gears a little bit, I wanted to remind you all about our annual Holiday party to be held at the Burlington Center at out December 9 th meeting. Folks will be bringing their favorite covered dish or deserts to share with their fellow members. Don t miss out on this eventit is always a great time. Please don t forget to contact our esteemed secretary Dawn Dennery and let her know what you intend to bring so we do not have redundancy, thank you. We will also be finishing up next year s activities calendar, so be certain to attend and bring your ideas. The calendar of events has been tentatively scheduled up until September 2013, so we need some ideas for the last four months of the year. Please give it some thought and bring your suggestions to the next meeting. December s meeting will also feature our annual Club Board elections-make certain you are there to make your vote count! Elections Clerk John Dennery will be bringing the ballots and managing the voting, tallying, and subsequent announcement of this year s new Board. Sounds like an interesting meeting, make your plans now to attend. I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving with Family and Friends, and didn t eat too much turkey! We are now into the Holiday Season, and on behalf of the Board, I would like to wish you all the very best that this time of year has to offer. Let s not forget our Chevys-It s time for anti freeze checks and breaking out the fuel treatment bottles. A little time spent on preventative maintenance pays big dividends, and insures that Jet-Smooth ride come Spring. And Remember-Santa s Sleigh is a Chevrolet. Keep em Rollin! Tom
