Wagga Wagga currently has a strong development pipeline particularly with the $400 million Trade Centre and Hotel project, which will deliver a trade exhibition complex and a five star hotel. This project will fuel the economy and stimulate employment in the area. Vacancy rates in Wagga Wagga were recorded at 3.3% in June 2014, which in comparison to Sydney and Melbourne is slightly higher by 1.5% and 0.4% respectively.
