NOTES: Health and Fitness: To assist us when booking, please advise your King William Travel consultant if you have any special needs such as mobility, dietary etc. A minimum level of fitness is required in order to be able to participate. You will need to able to walk up a flight of stairs and manage coach steps unaided and you must inform us before the commencement of the tour of any medical condition which may affect your ability to participate in the tour. If you are unable to manage on your own, it will be necessary to be accompanied by another person who is fit and able to assist you in day to day tasks and capable of providing the assistance required. Dietary requests must be accompanied by the appropriate dietary information. It should be noted that we work a rotating seat system on board the coach and to be fair to all passengers, specific seats cannot be reserved. Tour extensions subject to availability and extension booking criteria. When making your booking, please check your payment receipt that all details are correct. HUGHES TRANSFERS TO AND FROM YOUR HOME: Hughes transfers apply in the zoned area. These transfers may be available at additional cost to passengers who live outside the zoned area - please ask your King William Travel consultant. Passengers should telephone the home transfer operator HUGHES HOME PICK UP SERVICE on two (2) working days before the commencement of the tour to confirm the time they will be arriving at your home. If you are out of zone you will be advised of the additional payment due and this should be made direct to the driver on the day of travel. Hughes home transfers are based on 4 persons to a car. (numbers in a vehicle may vary according to type of vehicle used). In order to accommodate 4 persons and their baggage, suitcases should measure no more than 64cms in height when standing on end. Baggage larger than 64cms will result in a surcharge of $10.00 per person in each direction, payable to the driver on the day of travel. The Hughes home pick up service only applies to scheduled tour departure and return tour dates. Those passengers wishing to extend their tours will be responsible for their own transfers. SA PENSIONERS - USE YOUR FREE RAIL PASS: Note: Two SA Pensioner Free Rail Passes must be given to your Travel Consultant when paying your deposit, otherwise a full fare will be charged. Rail passes must be valid at the time of travel and in the name of the traveller. Those persons with South Australian Pension Cards or Commonwealth Senior Health Cards are entitled to the Pensioner fare. Pensioner/CSHC Card number must be advised when paying deposit.

3 ABOUT OUR TRAIN JOURNEY: We travel to Melbourne and return on board The Overland in comfortable Red Service seats. Light meals, snacks and beverages can be purchased on board from the fully licensed Café Carriage and a light evening meal will be served on board prior to arrival Melbourne. OUTWARD JOURNEY EVENING MEAL ON THE OVERLAND: When booking your tour with King William Travel, please also advise your consultant of your Day 1 light evening meal choice which will be served to your seat on the Overland: Main: (A) (B) Wattleseed braised steak and onion with roasted vegetables, steamed green beans and sourdough bread. or Cold smoked salmon, layered with pickled ginger, crisp greens and vinaigrette, served with warm corn bread. ITINERARY: DAY 1 FRIDAY - THE OVERLAND ADELAIDE/MELBOURNE This morning, on arrival at Adelaide Parklands Terminal (formerly Keswick Station), please check in baggage (have your King William Travel receipt available as identification) and obtain a baggage claim receipt. MEET THE KING WILLIAM TRAVEL REPRESENTATIVE BY THE INFORMATION DESK IN THE DEPARTURE LOUNGE. The Representative will allocate seats and accompany us to The Overland which departs Adelaide at 07.40am. Newly refurbished, The Overland is about letting you enjoy the journey. Sit back and relax in a comfortable Red Service seat with ample leg room and watch the ever changing scenery slip by as we travel from South Australia and on into Victoria. Light meals, snacks and beverages are available for purchase from the fully licensed Café Carriage and a light evening meal will be served on board the train. We arrive Melbourne Southern Cross Station at 6.50pm where our coach will be waiting to transfer us to our accommodation at the newly refurbished Crest on Barkly Hotel. OVERNIGHT: CREST ON BARKLY, ST KILDA. (D) DAY 2 SATURDAY - IN MELBOURNE - MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL FLOWER AND GARDEN SHOW, CITY SIGHTS TOUR INCLUDING EUREKA SKYDECK88 This morning after a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel we join our coach and transfer to the Royal Exhibition Building for the 20 TH Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. There are over 350 exhibits showcased throughout the Royal Exhibition Building and Carlton Gardens representing horticulture, nursery products, landscape gardens and cutting edge design, floristry and hundreds of beautiful flowers. To add to that, enjoy a day of fun and entertainment and receive plenty of information first-hand from the experts.

4 This is a show which offers something for everyone, from the weekend gardener to the bona-fide green thumb and industry expert! Some features of the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show are: Carlton Gardens: The Carlton Gardens will also feature nursery displays by some of Victoria s best garden centres, gardening products and equipment, nursery lines including rare plants, perennials, shrubs and bulbs, outdoor power equipment, gardening magazines and books, sprinklers, birdbaths, shadehouses, not to mention roses, daffodils, tulips, clematis and much, much more. The Great Hall Highlights: These include the grand entrance pavilion featuring dramatically draped fabric and hundreds of sparkling fairy lights as a brilliant backdrop to a host of great floral displays; magnificent floral creations presented by popular Melbourne florists throughout the length of the Exhibition Hall, bunches and bunches of stunning flowers for sale at the Flower Market located in the centre of the Royal Exhibition Building. * * * * * * This afternoon after departing Carlton Gardens we take a familiarisation sights tour of Melbourne. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of a large cosmopolitan city with its tall buildings, clanging trams and outdoor cafes. Visit the Shrine of Remembrance, see the Yarra River, the Fitzroy Gardens with superb avenues of huge English elms planted along gently contoured lawns. Take a trip up to the Eureka Skydeck 88, with brilliant 360 degree views from Port Phillip Bay to the Dandenongs and everything inbetween. The lifts are the fastest in the Southern Hemisphere, travelling at over 9m per second and it takes just 38 seconds to travel from the ground floor to the 88 th Floor! OVERNIGHT: CREST ON BARKLY, ST KILDA. (B,D) DAY 3 SUNDAY - IN MELBOURNE WERRIBEE OPEN RANGE ZOO, HISTORIC GEELONG AND QUEENSCLIFF EVENING OPTIONAL; THE LION KING Our journey this morning takes us to Werribee Open Range Zoo. With our tour guide enjoy a unique 45 minute safari experience and an opportunity to view and photograph at close quarters magnificent grassland animals from Africa. Visit historic Geelong, and an opportunity to stroll along the Geelong foreshore to view the bollards - over 100 of these huge eyecatching wooden sentinels are dotted around the foreshore of Corio Bay, each portraying a character from Geelong s long and colourful history. We make a stop at Barwon Heads, then on to Point Lonsdale to view the treacherous Rip at the entrance to Port Phillip Bay. OVERNIGHT: CREST ON BARKLY, ST KILDA. (B,D) OPTIONAL: THE LION KING At 6.45pm we transfer by coach to the historic Regent Theatre where from our A Reserve seats we will enjoy the 8.00pm performance of The Lion King. Return transfer after the show. DAY 4 MONDAY - TOUR TO THE DANDENONG RANGES, CLOUDEHILL GARDEN, RIDE PUFFING BILLY After breakfast we head off for a full day s touring out of Melbourne and up into the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Visit then on to Jeremy Francis Cloudehill Garden. Enjoy the magnificent formal gardens divided into 20 different components, surrounded by a glorious backdrop of magnificent 80 year old Beech, Maple, Rhododendron and Magnolia trees. The garden is highlighted by glorious herbaceous borders which focus on two of the finest Japanese weeping maples to be seen anywhere else in the world. At Belgrave we board the famous Puffing Billy steam train for an exciting ride through the forests and fern gullies of the magnificent Dandenong Ranges to Emerald township.

5 Time will be allowed to explore Emerald, before rejoining our coach for return to Melbourne. A light lunch will be provided today. OVERNIGHT: CREST ON BARKLY, ST KILDA. (B,L,D) DAY 5 - TUESDAY - MELBOURNE/ADELAIDE THE OVERLAND This morning enjoy an early continental breakfast at the hotel after which we transfer to Melbourne Southern Cross Station. Depart Melbourne on board The Overland at 08.05am. Relax in a comfortable Red Service seat as the train speeds through the countryside and over the border from Victoria and back into South Australia, arriving Adelaide Parklands Terminal at 5.55pm. 6 DOMESTIC TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please ask your consultant for details. EVENTS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF KING WILLIAM TRAVEL: Should an event occur which is beyond the control of King William Travel, ie: delays to ship, aircraft, train, coach thereby incurring extra expenses, these additional costs are borne by the passenger at the time of the event. A travel insurance claim for reimbursement should be submitted to the insurance company upon return home. It should be understood that neither King William Travel nor any subsidiary company or representative shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from our services. ITINERARIES: Itineraries are subject to change and no responsibility can be accepted. Coach operator and size of coach may be changed at the discretion of King William Travel without notice. Where a tour does not meet minimum numbers travelling together on the outward journey a cost surcharge will apply. If group numbers fall below 15 adult paying passengers no tour leader will be provided. No itemisation of tour arrangements can be given and no refund for any portion of a tour not taken. Flora and fauna as described in an itinerary is nature and as such cannot be guaranteed. ACCOMMODATION: King William Travel reserves the right to alter hotel/motel accommodation and to substitute a suitable alternative. Where accommodation is booked on a will share basis, at the time of finalisation if there is nobody suitable to share with, it may be necessary to pay the appropriate single supplement. King William Travel does not accept any responsibility for the non-compatibility of sharing clients. If by choice a single room is requested and booked a single room surcharge will apply. FUEL SURCHARGES AND TAXES: All bookings may attract additional fuel surcharges and taxes which can be levied up to and including the date of departure even if final payment has been made. Booking is subject to final audit. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A non-refundable security deposit of $ per person (inc GST and service fee) is required within five (5 days) of booking. FINAL PAYMENTS: The security deposit forms part of the total price, the balance of which is due 60 days prior to departure, or in the case of bookings made within that 60 day period, the final payment is due as soon as the booking is confirmed. LATE BOOKINGS AND AMENDMENTS: Bookings made within 7 days inclusive of departure will incur a late booking fee of $75.00 per person. Late bookings subject to availability. Once a booking has been made a $75.00 per person amendment fee will apply for any alterations on selected departures only, and if applicable, one (1) change only to that booking. Transfers to other tours not permitted. CREDIT CARDS: If paying by credit card, a surcharge applies of 2% for Visa and Mastercard and 3.5% for Amex and Diners cards. SERVICE FEE: A non-refundable service fee of $50.00 per person is applicable, to be paid at the time of paying your Security Deposit. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: BOOKINGS CANCELLED AFTER THE FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE: (a) Bookings cancelled 61 days or earlier, full refund less deposit and booking fee and any other non-refundable services or products. (b) Bookings cancelled 60 days or less prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost. (c) No refund can be given for any portion of the tour not taken and no refund after the tour has commenced.
