2 Friday prayers and lunch Break out session and business matching October 7, 2017 Saturday Site Visit: Alternative 1: West Java International Airport Alternative 2: Legok Nangka Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal or Metropolitan Cirebon Raya Clean Water Supply System (tentative) WEST JAVA INVESTOR FORUM Think Investment, Think West Java Bandung, West Java, 6 October 2017 Bank of Indonesia in West Java in collaboration with the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), the private sector arm of IDB Group, and in cooperation with IDB Group Business Forum THIQAH, will organie the West Java Investor Forum on 6-7 October 2017 in Gedung Sate, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The forum aims to provide a communication platform beween the Government of West Java and the investors from Middle East, ASEAN and other regions. Several significant investment opportunities and projects will also be presented during this forum. The forum will present and showcase the recent opportunities to do business in West Java and will also focus on the best practices concerning related industries. Moreover, the forum shall present an ideal occasion to investors, business people and CEOs to network and establish business relations with their counterparts and other leading representatives from the local business community in order to share their related experience & success stories, and to explore together the many investment possibilities that the country offers. Furthermore, it will connect investors with companies and individual entrepreneurs from West Java who have viable business projects to exchange views on their respective businesses. It will also provide a platform for a constructive and fruitful dialogue between the various parties and address topics of common interest to identify concrete ways and effective solutions to support investments and private sector development in West Java. The two-day event will be organized in two sessions - of panel discussion and business matching in the first day, followed by site visit to two selected investment projects in the second day. 2

3 There will be 2 sessions on the 1 st day and each session will start with presentations by speakers, followed by a panel discussion led by a moderator, which will provide participants with the opportunity to share their views and experiences, or ask questions. The business matching involves project owners of selected investment projects and opportunities in West Java, which will provide the opportunity for the participants and project owners to have extensive discussions on the investment projects. PANEL DISCUSSIONS SESSION 1: DOING BUSINESS WITH WEST JAVA Concept. This session will discuss investment environment and opportunities in Indonesia as well as West Java economic condition and advantages of investing in West Java. Speakers. Three leading policy figures will speak on the topic of session 1, with suggested area of focus as follows: Thomas Lembong, Chairman of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (TBC): investment environment and opportunities in Indonesia. Wiwiek Sisto Widayat, Head of Bank Indonesia Representative Office of West Java Province: (i) regional and national economic condition; (ii) macroeconomic condition and financial system stability of West Java. Dadang M. Masoem, Head of Regional One Stop Service and Investment Agencies of West Java Province: (i) West Java investment environment and opportunities; (ii) advantages of investing in West Java, including provincial regulations that provide the ease of investment for all investors. Moderator: Mr Ahmed A. Khalid, Head of Asia Region, ICD SESSION 2: INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN WEST JAVA Concept. This session will discuss three selected investment opportunities in West Java that includes: (1) West Java International Airport Supporting Facilities and Aerocity; (2) Metropolitan Cirebon Raya Clean Water Supply System; and (3) Legok Nangka Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal. Speakers. Three project owners will share the details of each investment opportunity with the participants. BUSINESS MATCHING 3

4 This session will allow the participants to have in-depth discussions with project owners of several investment opportunites and projects in West Java. The potential investment opportunities in which will be presented during the event are as follows: 1. Railways Development Project Light Rail Transit (LRT) Bandung Metropolitan Area. Tanjungsari-Kertajati-Arjawinangun Railway, providing an alternative transportation from several regencies and municipals in West Java to the West Java International Airport in Kertajati. 2. Sea Port Development Project Patimban Main Port. Cirebon Sea Port. 3. Airport Development Project West Java International Airport Supporting Facilities and Aerocity. Nusawiru Airport in Pangandaran Regency. 4. Industrial Estates Karawang International Industrial City. Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate. Delta Silicon 8 Industrial Park. GT Tech Park at the Karawang Industrial Estate. Suryacipta City of Industry (SCI) Industrial Estate. 5. Other Projects Metropolitan Cirebon Raya Clean Water Supply System. Legok Nangka Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal. Tourism Complex (Hotel, Restaurant and Supporting Facilities) in the Ciletuh Geopark. 4

5 SITE VISITS The Site Visits will provide an opportunity for participants to explore condition of two on-going projects in West Java. The participants will be divided into two groups based on their preferences. The first group will visit West Java International Airport, while the second group will visit Legok Nangka Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal or Metropolitan Cirebon Raya Clean Water Supply System (tentative). 5
