Drive through the historic 'Rocks' area where Australia was first founded with its maze of terrace houses, restored warehouses, pubs and restaurants. Drive under the famous 'coat hanger', the Sydney Harbour Bridge and view Sydney's famous architectural masterpiece, the Sydney Opera House. Continue through the commercial area of the city passing the historical buildings of Macquarie Street Parliament House, The Mint and Hyde Park Barracks. Alight at Mrs Macquarie's Chair for breath-taking views of the city and harbour. Proceed through cosmopolitan Kings Cross and exclusive garden suburbs to the Gap on the ocean headland at Watsons Bay. Return to the city via famous Bondi Beach and Paddington, a Victorian suburb of restored terrace houses richly decorated with cast-iron lace. Visitors are guided into theatres, given a fascinating account of the history and architecture of the House and introduced to the magic of performance. With its white, sculptural 'shells' rising from the harbour foreshore at Bennelong Point, the Opera House is Sydney's most recognisable building and, officially, one of the seven wonders of the 20th century. Joern Utzon, the Danish architect who designed the Opera House, ascribed the inspiration for his masterpiece to the sails of yachts on the harbour. As the Opera House is first and foremost a performing arts centre, some areas may be restricted for viewing due to rehearsals and performances.

3 22MAY SYDNEY (B) -Free day at leisure. Optional day tour to the Blue Mountains and Featherdale Park. Today you will travel 100km west of Sydney to the Blue Mountains. Follow the trail of Australia's early explorers as the coach ascends into the Blue Mountains National Park. The Blue Mountains, named for their distinctive blue haze (a result of eucalyptus oil evaporating from millions of gum trees), have long been a popular getaway destination for Sydneysiders. The mountains are a natural wonderland of untamed bush, spectacular rock formations and native wildlife. This is one of the most spectacular and captivating wilderness parks in the country, and a supreme example of Australia s diversity. Visit Featherdale Wildlife Park for a memorable and unique experience in a natural and well established bush setting. Featherdale has one of Australia's largest private collections of Australian animals. View Koalas, kangaroos and wallabies, wombats, fairy penguins and Australian reptiles. Travel through the historic townships of Blaxland, Springwood, Lawson and Wentworth Falls and view the National Trust township of Leura. Leura is a little town made up of cafes, craft shops, art galleries, tea houses and quant boutiques. It is situated at the edge of the Blue Mountain National Park and has magnificent views of Mt Solitary. Continue along Cliff Drive to Echo Point to view the world famous "Three Sisters". Enjoy 2 course lunch at a local restaurant. Visit Scenic World, renowned for providing the ultimate Blue Mountains Adventure - from native birds and fresh air, to breath-taking views of the World Heritage-listed region including the Three Sisters, Katoomba Falls & Jamison Valley. The Unlimited Discovery Pass offers unlimited experience on the Railway, Skyway, Cableway and walkway. On your return to Sydney travel through Sydney Olympic Park before returning back at your hotel. Inclusions: Full day private coach Featherdale Wildlife Park Admission 2 course lunch at a local restaurant (beverages not included) Scenic World Blue Mountains - Unlimited Discovery Pass 23MAY SYDNEY AYERS ROCK (BD) Coach transfer from the hotel to Sydney Airport for your flight to Ayers Rock (flight included). Upon arrival at Ayers Rock airport a driver will transfer you to your hotel. Uluru Sunset and Base Tour with BBQ Dinner Travel around the base of Uluru in the comfort of your coach as your Driver Guide provides commentary about the numerous sacred sites and features to be found at Uluru. Then continue to the Uluru sunset

4 viewing area. Enjoy nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine as the sun sinks over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the many shades of colour for which Uluru is famous. It is recommended that you photograph Uluru every 5 minutes to really capture the gradual colour changes of the rock. After sunset, a representative will transfer you to the AAT Kings exclusive barbecue site. The site is within the Uluru National Park, adjacent to Uluru Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre set amongst red sand dunes and desert oak trees providing a peaceful desert setting. The site is located far enough away from the resort lights to provide a clear view of the stars in the southern sky (weather permitting). Once at the site, you will enjoy a variety of Australian meats and salads, accompanied by a glass of wine, beer or orange juice (menus are subject to change). After dinner, tea, coffee and dessert will be served. Your guide will conduct a tour of the night sky, describing and pointing out some of the visible constellations with the assistance of a high beam spotlight (weather permitting). The guide will also explain some Aboriginal stories that relate to the stars before you return to your hotel. Accommodation: Desert Gardens Hotel - Standard Garden View Room (1 Night) 24MAY AYERS ROCK KINGS CANYON (B) Olgas Sunrise and Walpa Gorge. We travel by coach to the Olgas also known in the Aboriginal language as Kata Tjuta translated as many heads. The Olgas is a collection of smaller more rounded rocks, located 32km to the west of Ayers Rock. Each of the 36 domes has a story in mythology and are of significance to the Aboriginal Dreamtime legends. Watch the spectacular sunrise over Kata Tjuta with Uluru in the distance from the western dune viewing area. After the sunrise, enjoy a walk to Walpa Gorge and explore the unusually shaped formations. Kings Canyon is home to picturesque walks and breathtaking 100m cliffs. Choose a guided walk to suit your fitness level, either along the rim or along Kings Creek. Transfer to Alice Springs via a stop at Kings Creek Station, where you ll enjoy a glimpse of cattle rearing in the outback. Depart Ayers Rock and travel (approx. 4.5 hrs) along Larapinta Drive to Kings Canyon. Once at Kings Canyon the views from the Canyon rim are magnificent. It s amazing how places as grand as Kings Canyon and Ayers Rock also guard smaller, sensitive pockets created by nature and man. In the case of Ayers Rock there are sacred Aboriginal sites, while at Kings Canyon there is the Garden of Eden and the Lost City. Accommodation: Kings Canyon Resort - Standard Hotel Room (1 Night)

5 25MAY KINGS CANYON ALICE SPRINGS (B) This morning make the rocky climb to the rim of the Canyon to be rewarded with spectacular views. The 6kms Rim Walk may take up to 3 hours and is for the energetic. The Rim Walk begins with a challenging 500-step climb. Upon reaching the summit marvel at the breath-taking views of Watarrka National Park and into the canyon itself before descending into the green oasis of the Garden of Eden. After the Rim Walk, we depart Kings Canyon and travel by coach (approx. 6 hrs) east along Larapinta Drive to Alice Springs. Alice Springs, also known as The Alice or simply Alice, is the country s most famous outback town and gateway to the Red Centre. This remote town (it is halfway between Adelaide and Darwin and 1500 kilomteres/950 miles from the nearest major city). is popular as a gateway to nearby natural wonders such as Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) in the middle of the rich red sand desert. Alice has evolved from being a simple telegraph station to a destination with a reputation for having a quirky character due to its camel races and interesting festivals. Accommodation: Doubletree by Hilton Alice Springs - Guest Room with View (1 Night) 26MAY ALICE SPRINGS CAIRNS (B) You will be collected from your hotel and taken on a Town Tour of Alice Springs. In Alice Springs, you may be expecting to find a quiet old country town but in fact what you will find is a bustling township of more than 25,000 friendly Territorials with every service and facility you could want. There are also several you will probably not be expecting - like a casino, an arts and entertainment centre, date and camel farms, a winery, a picturesque golf course and hot-air ballooning, just to name a few. Alice Springs has been an important stop for travellers since the early Overland Telegraph days of the 1800s. Today The Alice has developed into such a significant town that it is more than just an oasis in the Outback. Visit Royal Flying Doctor Service and School of the Air before you are transferred to the airport for your flight to Cairns (flight not included). 6 Cairns is the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Rainforests. Enjoy time on a wave piercing catamaran then board an amphibious army duck to venture into the rainforest. It is the world s largest coral reef system with 2900 individual reefs and 900 islands located off the coast of Queensland in the Coral Sea. 7 28MAY CAIRNS (BLD) Full Day Kuranda Touring You will be collected from your hotel and taken on a Full Day Kuranda Tour (Kuranda/Queensland Rail - Kuranda Scenic Rail (Freshwater Station to Kuranda) - Heritage Class). Climbing more than 300 metres through dense, tropical rainforest, the Kuranda Scenic Railway is a 90-minute journey encompassing deep river gorges, rugged mountain ranges and spectacular waterfalls. Meet with the coach again for the short transfer to Rain forestation Nature Park, boasting 40 hectares of gardens and rainforest set amidst World Heritage areas. Ride the amphibious army duck through the rainforest and visit the Koala and Wildlife Park. The Dreamtime Walk provides a comprehensive introduction to Aboriginal and Islander culture and history with practical experiences including boomerang lessons on spear throwing. 9 19MAY MELBOURNE (B) Free day at leisure. Optional excursion to the Penguin Parade at Phillip Island. Your tour to Phillip Island starts as you depart Melbourne by coach, traveling along the Yarra River and through the countryside while listening to narration from your guide about the sights you see during the drive. After passing through the fishing village of San Remo, arrive on Phillip Island by bridge and head to the Phillip Island Visitor Information Centre. Little penguins are the smallest of penguin species and the island s star attractions due to their nightly parade, during which they waddle up from the ocean to spend the night in their sand burrows. When the sun starts to set, take your place on the beach (depending on option selected when booking; read below for upgrade details) to watch hundreds of penguins emerge from the water and feed their young with their catch of anchovies and other seafood. After the parade, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before heading back to Melbourne. 11 GROUP DEPOSIT: In order to block land arrangements, a non-refundable check deposit of USD $ must be received by our office, together with a signed booking form. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice. Prices cannot be confirmed until all land and/or air arrangements have been booked as per the group s final itinerary. ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT: At times, additional deposits may be required for your arrangements and at times this information may be advised after initial quote or confirmation. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions. INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveller becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveller's responsibility. Based on Tour Company/Travel Agency s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance. Travel protection insurance is compulsory for ExitUs Group Travel, premiums are non-refundable. Guests who decline insurance must sign a waiver form. Insurance MUST be purchased within 21 days of individual client deposits or payments being made and only covers non-refundable client money held. In all cases the premium is non-refundable. Guest with a pre-existing illness must purchase insurance within 14 days of initial deposit/payment. AMENDMENT FEES -RESPONSIBILITIES ExitUs Travel and/or its Tour Company and agents act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger.
