6 TEAM PROFILE A strong expert team of 14 qualified property professionals covering most valuation disciplines/sectors and 5 support members with comprehensive capability. We provide strategic property-related advice involving approximately 10,000 assets annually. All Valuers employed by Australian Valuers are members of the Australian Property Institute and are registered with the Queensland Valuers Registration Board. All of our Valuation staff are fully system trained and have the right experience to provide Clients with a reliable solution to their property needs. We maintain an ongoing training program to ensure both our business service and staff develop. Industry training is provided in-house as well as via the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs offered by the Australian Property Institute. Page 5

During his career he has been engaged by major listed corporations and private enterprise. His clients have included local and international banks, government bodies and large private corporations. During that time he has been involved with numerous industry bodies and also lectured in property at various tertiary institutions. His experience has encompassed property and project management, property sales and leasing and for the past 20 years has been in private valuation practice on the Gold Coast.
