1 USEFUL NUMBERS LISTS This list is to be used if the problem is outside the scope of the WILVOS phone contact list. Update June, 2018 ALL PHONE ROSTER VOLUNTEERS PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THIS LIST When you answer a call you need to decide who is the best person/organization to provide advice or assistance to the caller. This advice or assistance may come from: YOU A CARER/RESCUER FROM THE PHONE CONTACT LIST A PERSON OR ORGANISATION FROM THIS USEFUL NUMBERS LIST or A COMMITTEE MEMBER (Inside back page of newsletter) Use these numbers in conjunction with your Phone Contact List when solving a problem.
