Moderator: Dr. David Byers, Quadrex Aviation, LLC The shortage of airline pilots is very real along with a shrinking pool of aircraft technicians and air traffic controllers. But what about the pipeline that feeds the ranks of professional services, our young engineers, architects, and planners? This session will discuss the state of that pipeline from academia where the spark is ignited, to recruiting from the best, brightest, and diverse pool of candidates, and ultimately hanging on to them as long as you can in a very heated competitive environment.
