2 The CEMS Waltzing Days in Vienna For the 16 th consecutive year, the CEMS Club Vienna and the CEMS Alumni Association Austria will host the infamous CEMS Waltzing Days, which will take place from January 11 th to 14 th As always, the highlight of the program will be the elegant WU Ball at the Hofburg Imperial Palace of Vienna. You will have the chance to discover and enjoy the beauties and traditions of Vienna together with fellow CEMS students and alumni. Don t miss the most elegant CEMS event of the year!

4 The program in detail: THURSDAY NIGHT We will kick off the event on Thursday evening at 7:00 pm at Vienna State Opera where we have a limited number of special price tickets* available for La Fille du Régiment by Gaetano Donizetti. *not included in package

5 The program in detail: FRIDAY & SATURDAY MORNING Friday night is all about networking and enjoying food & drinks. We will have a traditional Austrian dinner at Zwölf Apostelkeller, where students and alumni will get to meet each other. After that, we are going to start the weekend with delicious cocktails* at Motto am Fluss, overlooking the Danube in a trendy atmosphere. On Saturday morning it is time to bring out your dancing shoes at dancing school Elmayer, which is famous for leading the opening ceremony of the famous Philharmonikerball. We will learn how to perfectly waltz over the dance floor and be prepared for the night. Are you already a dancing pro? No problem, as there will be a beginner as well as an advanced class. *not included in package

6 The program in detail: SATURDAY EVENING The highlight of the CEMS Waltzing Days, the famous WU Ball at Hofburg, will take place on Saturday evening. Already dressed-up (ladies: full-length dress, gents: tailcoat, smoking, or black suit with black bow tie) we are going to get together for an aperitif with drinks & snacks at Kantine next to the Hofburg Palace. We will then skip the lines and enter the WU ball through a secret passageway exclusively for CEMS, where our own table in the Zeremoniensaal is waiting for us. Then it is time to take a step back in time, enjoy the glamorous atmosphere of the WU Ball, and waltz the night away

7 The program in detail: SUNDAY After a long and unforgettable ball night, the traditional Viennese Brunch* on Sunday is going to take place at the well-known Café Landtmann. Known as the most beautiful Café of Vienna, with its welcoming atmosphere and cosy elegance, it is the perfect way to end the CEMS Waltzing Days. *not included in package
