7 Evansville Regional Airport provides hundreds of low-cost destinations Travel Tips to Remember Be specific as possible about any special needs when making reservations Be sure to include good contact info with your reservation: Cell phone number or Carry on Bag vs. Personal Item Carry on Bag can be checked, doesn t fit under seat Personal Item fits under seat i.e. purse or small briefcase Do not put medicines, keys, passports or other needed items in Carry on Bag. These items should be in the Personal Item Each airline has its own rules on personal devices: Service Animals, Portable O2 Generators, wheel chairs, etc. Travel Tips to Remember Most CPAP machines are allowed in Checked Luggage Wheel chair service is available, most use it for making connections at the hub airports Various levels of wheel chair service available Arrive early, at least 90 minutes before flight Tell Check-in Agent about your needs Clear through TSA Security as soon as possible and let gate agent know about your needs 7

These are limited to 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item. This is also known as the liquids rule. For more information, please visit the TSA website at Prohibited Items Remember to check your baggage for prohibited items. Check TSA.gov and the airlines websites to see if items like sporting goods, foods, tools and others are permitted. Some carry-on items may be prohibited even if they appear not to be, like a cane with a hidden sword. For more information, please visit the TSA website at Permitted items; but subject to extra screening TSA permits supplemental medical oxygen tanks and/or recreational oxygen in the secured areas of the airport after they have undergone security screening. Even if an item is generally permitted, it may be subject to additional screening or not allowed through the checkpoint if it triggers an alarm during the screening process, appears to have been tampered with, or poses other security concerns. The final decision rests with TSA on whether to allow any items on the plane.
