4 Terminal 2 Operations Oversee the terminal building and MAC Common Use Resources Terminal 2 Operations is staffed 24/7/365 First point of contact for terminal users and provide initial response for facilities and maintenance issues Provide gate control, aircraft parking assignments, and track terminal usage for billing by MAC Finance for T2, E1, and B15 Coordinate with various MAC departments and terminal users to maintain the facility and keep it looking like new

5 Terminal 2 Highlights Operations and passengers have increased year over year 48 non-stop destinations out of T2 Sun Country will have departures per day this winter Adding one new aircraft for a total of 26 (20 are B ) Sun Country now operating on eight gates (H1-H8) Two new routes this summer Austin (AUS) and Sonoma (STS) Two new routes this winter Tucson (TUS) and Aruba (AUA) Southwest will have approximately 24 departures per day this winter Southwest primarily operates on H10-H13 New B737 MAX 8 joining the fleet on October 1 st, retiring older B Additional seasonal service for March 2018 Daily flights to Las Vegas (LAS) Saturday flights to Tampa (TPA), Fort Myers (RSW), and Orlando (MCO) Icelandair is operated year round Condor is operating four flights per week

12 T2 Construction CBIS (completed in Feb 2016) added 55,000 sqf, new outbound bag room, and 4,100 feet of inline conveyor Gate Expansion (completed in October 2016) added approximately 44,000 sqf, new restrooms, circulation atrium, nursing mothers room, soft seating, green roof, and several art installations Curbside was recently expanded MUFIDS, EVIDS, and Queue Management System (QMS) Project

13 T2 Common Use Maintenance Operations Oversee the janitorial and passenger boarding bridge maintenance contracts Point of contact for terminal users and provide initial and follow up response for facilities and maintenance issues Support BHS Back up gate control, aircraft parking assignments, and track terminal usage for Operations Coordinate with various MAC departments, contractors and terminal users to maintain the facility

18 International Highlights: Traveler s Assistance Volunteers 24 APC kiosks at T1 FIS and 10 kiosks at T2 FIS Mobile Passport Control (MPC) is operational at both terminals 3.3% usage 8 Global Entry kiosks at T1, 4 kiosks at T2 Enrollment Center at MSP Terminal 1 baggage claim level Available at most larger U.S. Airports Expanding to other countries (reciprocal agreements) 6.5% use at MSP CBP staffing and budget limitations continue to be a factor CBP Airport Terminal Design Standards (ATDS) Q WIFI system expansion in FIS is complete Staff participation on ACI-NA Committees & Working Groups Facilitation Committee MPC Working Group APC Working Group ATDS Working Group
