Skill / Achievements Safety (airworthiness) BARS auditor (Flight Safety Foundation) and IS- BAO (IBAC) on business aviation industry with ARGUS/PROS (April/14, June/14) Safety (Airworthiness) auditor on small taxi operators and business aviation industry as a part of the Safety Program / Committee by the Colombian Safety Council (Consejo Colombiano de Seguridad), under the OGP - Aircraft management guidelines Report 390 (International Association of Oil & Gas Producers). The audit scope covers the aircraft maintenance and flight operations processes along with passenger and ground support handling so the validation of the standard accomplishment, can assure the required safety level for the safety committee members. These audits also include, the local civil regulations accomplishment as applicable, and the operators general procedures manuals. Support Auditor the ISO 9001 audits with BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International) as an Aeronautical Expert, in the airline industry covering Bussines Aviation and Small / Taxi Operators. Grow up of an aeronautical services company (GESSTA Ltda) up to support commercial operators with services such as Engineering, Programming and Production Control, Quality, Auditing, Technical Records, Safety Assessment to Oil Companies, Cleaning and related operational topics. Implementation of the quality assurance program for Avianca - Maintenance To lead of the certification process of the quality system Avianca Maintenance under Colombian Civil regulations and JAR 145 (JAA, currently EASA) as well ISO 9000:2000 standards.

2 To act as a Liaison with regards to FAA Avianca business relationship, as required to get the quality system in compliance with FAR 129 / 145 standards. Airworthiness / Safety Auditor CCS (Colombian Security/Safety Council) 2009 Present Performing quality and airworthiness audits to small (air taxi) operators who serve the oil and gas industry in Colombia; these audits are performed under the OGP standard to most of the operators who serve this oil industry. Ground Handling Director, Avianca Airlines ( , May) The activities performed in this position covered the reorganization of the area as it was established per corporate goals, to make a new and independent business capable of giving ground services to third parties. An average of 650 people was managed per the guidelines of ISO 9001 standard and administrative tooling applicable to the operation. It was also responsibility of this position, to have available and on time, all the required ground support equipment and managing of the ground personnel (650 persons) including baggage, ramp cleaning of the aircraft and preventive & corrective maintenance of the equipment. It was achieved and implemented all the required by the IOSA standard, to get the certification of the system

Stations Chief - Security Division, Avianca Airlines ( ) The activities of this position, covered both: the issuing and the implementation of the Avianca (FAR 129 Operator) Security Program, at domestic and international stations; it was also managed, the permanent surveillance of the security contractors where applicable, and the Liaison activities with Transport Security Administration (TSA), INS (CBP US) and local civil and police authorities. It was achieved and implemented all the required by the IOSA standard, to get the certification of the system Chief Inspector Avianca Airlines ( ) The activities performed involved the establishment of the Quality Assurance philosophy in the technical inspector s job, as a part of the accomplishment of the civil regulations applicable for Avianca as FAR 145 CRS and FAR 129 Operator with regards to FAA, JAR 145 AMO with regards to JAA and RAC with regards to Colombian Civil Authority (UAEAC) Quality Assurance Chief Avianca Airlines ( ) The activities developed in this position, were mainly directed to the implementation of the Quality Assurance Program as well the attendance of the audits to the system by aircraft owners, civil authorities, third parties and the correspondent follow up to the reports & actions taken in accordance with the internal processes. It was also the responsibility of this position, to lead the certification process of Avianca Maintenance, under JAR 145 (IAA) and ISO 9001 (BVQI). Quality Auditor Avianca Airlines, ( ) The activities in this position were based on the design and the implementation of the Quality Assurance Program for Avianca Maintenance, covering the requirements of the civil authorities such as FAA, RLD, IAA, UAEAC, and aircraft owners. It was also responsibility of this position the issuing of the applicable quality & procedures manuals, check lists, accomplishment indicators, strategic planning and the accomplishment of internal audits of the system so the improving process could keep going. The scope of the activities covered all the stations served by Avianca Non Destructive Testing Laboratory Chief, CORPORACION DE LA INDUSTRIA AERONAUTICA COLOMBIANA CIAC I was assigned to this position, to develop the laboratory in compliance with the local civil authorities requirements as well the FAR 145 standard to add this capability to the current CRS for the company; the implementation covered not only the equipment but also the standards as well the personnel certification procedures to permit a larger company portfolio. Non Destructive Testing Laboratory Chief, HELITAXI LTDA In this position, I was assigned to develop inspection standards on component, parts and materials to be used on the company and customer helicopters such as Helivalle and Air Police Service (Servicio Aereo de la Policia Nacional) to
