This briefing should be printed out and kept in your aircraft for presentation to any agency asking for proof of attendance. All pilots are asked to call The Joint Terrorist Task Force at if you see anything out of the ordinary or are approached with an unusual request for a flight. 9 DEPART TO THE WEST ON FREQ , MONITOR SQUAWKING DISCRETE. TURN ON COURSE AFTER WEST OF MID RIVER AND SQUAWK DO NOT CALL ATC UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CLASS B CLEARANCE. DEPARTURES HEADING EAST SHOULD REQUEST GW BRIDGE, VAN CORTLAND, COOP THEN ON COURSE FROM LGA OR TAKE THE SOUTH SHORE. THE THROGS ROUTE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
