1 Week of March 14, Canadian Transportation Agency Decisions & Orders Week of March 14, ISSUE A- March 11, Aer Lingus Limited (Aer Lingus), on behalf of itself and ASL Airlines (Ireland) Limited c.o.b. as Air Contractors (ASL Airlines) Aer Lingus holds an international scheduled licence for service between Canada and the European Community and its Member States. Application for an approval to permit Aer Lingus to provide its scheduled international service between Ireland and Canada using aircraft with flight crew provided by ASL Airlines, beginning on March 30, to December 31, Approval granted beginning on March 30, to March 29, 2017, 79-A- as Air Canada rouge (Air Canada), on behalf of itself and Brussels Airlines N.V./S.A. c.o.b. as Brussels Airlines (Brussels Airlines), Tranportation Regulations Brussels Airliens holds an international scheduled licence for service between Belgium and Canada. Application for an approval to permit Brussels Airlines to provide its scheduled international service between Belgium and the USA by selling transportation in its own name on flights operated by Air Canada; Jazz Aviation LP, as represented by its general partner, Aviation General Partner Inc. c.o.b. as Air Canada Express and Jazz; Sky Regional Airlines Inc. c.o.b. as Sky Regional and Air Canada Express; and Air Georgian Limited c.o.b. as Air Canada Express between Canada and the USA, beginning on March 27, Approval granted for an indefinited period beginning on March 27,, subject to the conditions set out in

Section 32 of the Canada Air Canada holds an international scheduled licence, large aircraft, for services between Canada and various international destinations. Air Canada also holds an international scheduled licence for service between Canada and Grenada. Application to vary 301-A-2015, to permit Air Canada to provide its scheduled international services between Canada and various international destinations, and its international air service, on a scheduled basis, between Canada and Grenada, using aircraft with flight crew provided by rouge LP, for an indefinite period. Application to vary previous decision granted. The Agency finds that there has been a change in the facts or circumstances pertaining to the Decision since it was issued and varies the Decision as follows: The Agency approves the use by Air Canada of aircraft with flight crew provided by rouge LP, and the provision by rouge LP of such aircraft and flight crew to Air Canada, to permit Air Canada to provide its scheduled international services on licensed routes, and to provide its international air service on a scheduled basis between Canada and Grenada, using aircraft with flight crew provided by rouge LP, for an indefinite period. 81-A- WestJet, on behalf of itself and China Southern Airlines Company Limited c.o.b. as China Southern Airlines and China Southern Tranportation Regulations China Southern holds an international scheduled licence for service between Canada and the People s Republic of China. Application for an approval to permit China Southern to provide its scheduled international service between China and Canada by selling transportation in its own name on flights operated by WestJet between points in Canada as part of a continuous journey between China and Canada, beginning on April 25, for a period of three years or such longer period as may be authorized by the Agency. Application for approvals to permit Air Canada to provide its scheduled international service between Canada and Singapore by selling transportation in its own name on flights operated by Singapore Airlines between Singapore and each of Japan and South Korea; and to permit Singapore to provide its scheduled international service between Singapore and Canada by selling transportation in its own name on flights operated by Air Canada between Canada and each of Japan, South Korea and the USA. Application for an approval to permit Thai Airways to provide its scheduled international service between Thailand and Canada by selling transportation in its own name on flights operated by Brussels Airlines between member states of the European Community and Canada, for an indefinite period. Approval granted for an indefinite period beginning on March 16,, subject to the conditions set out in

4 Week of March 14, 86-A- March 17, behalf of itself and Aerovias del Contienete Americano S.A. c.o.b. as Avianca Air Canada holds, through code sharing, an international scheduled licence, large aircraft, for service between Canada and Bolivia, until March 18, Application for an approval to permit Air Canada to provide its international air service on a scheduled basis between Canada and Bolivia by selling transportation in its own name on flights operated by Avianca between Colombia and Bolivia, for such period as may be authorized by the Agency, beginning on March 18,. Approval granted beginning on March 18, to March 17, 2017, Order No. -A-34 Devinaire, LLC Subparagraph 73(1)(a)(iii) of the Canada Licensee holds a transborder charter licence. Licensee does not have the prescribed liability insurance coverage. Licence suspended. Licence reinstated effective March 16,

5 Week of March 14, Order No. -A-35 March 17, Xiamen Airlines CO., Ltd. c.o.b. as Xiamen Airlines Section 59 of the Canada Application for an exemption to permit the applicant to sell, cause to be sold or publicly offer for sale in Canada a scheduled international service between China and Canada, in the absence of a licence. The applicant has applied for an international scheduled licence for service between China and Canada and is in the process of obtaining a Canadian aviation document which is required to complete the licence application. Exemption granted subject to the conditions set out in the Order. The Agency finds that compliance with section 59 is unnecessary in the circumstances.
