(Sata Internacional) permit Binter to provide its scheduled international service between Canada and Member States of the European Community by selling transportation in its own name on flights operated by Sata Internacional, for an indefinite period. Request for exemption from the application of subsection 8.2(2) of the ATR, which requires the filing of an application for an approval at least 45 days before the first planned flight.

3 Decision No. 43-C-A Asif Islam Khan, on behalf of himself, his wife Proma Anwar, and his minor child against Jet Airways (India) Limited (Jet Airways) Subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58, as amended (ATR) s filed a complaint against Jet Airways concerning its refusal to transport Mr. Khan from Dhaka, Bangladesh to Toronto, Ontario. s seek compensation in the amount of CAN$4,111, which they state is the difference between the cost of their original Jet Airways tickets and the replacement tickets that they had to purchase. Agency finds that Jet Airways did not properly apply the terms and conditions set out in Rules 25 and 45 of its Tariff. The Agency therefore orders Jet Airways to compensate the applicants in the amount of CAN$4,111. This amount is to be paid as soon as possible and no later than September 19, Singapore Airlines Limited Paragraph 80(1)(c) of the Application for exemptions from certain provisions of the ATR, consistent with exemptions that the Agency has granted to other licensees over the years. Exemptions granted. All other charter flights must be applied for in the normal manner as outlined in the ATR.

4 GoJet Airlines LLC of Bridgetown, Missouri, USA Subsection 73(2) of the Application for a licence to operate a non-scheduled international service in accordance with Annex III of the ATA between Canada and the USA signed on March 12, Licence issued subject to conditions set out in the PrivatAir SA, on behalf of itself and White - Airways, S.A. permit PrivatAir SA to provide one non-scheduled international flight using one Airbus A319 aircraft with flight crew provided by White - Airways, S.A. The flight will arrive in Campbell River, BC, Canada from Anchorage, Alaska, USA and will then continue to Vancouver, BC, Canada, on the same day, as a ferry flight. The flight will continue to Calgary, Alberta, Canada and to Québec, Quebec, Canada and finally will depart for Hamburg, Germany Express Aviation Charter Management, LLC c.o.b as Express Air Medical Transport of St. Petersburg, Florida, USA Subsection 73(2) of the Application for a licence to operate a non-scheduled international service in accordance with Annex III of the ATA between Canada and USA signed on March 12, Licence issued subject to conditions set out in the
