2 Check-in/Check-out Check-in is at 4 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM ***Cleaners begin promptly at 11AM*** Trash/Rubbish Policy If your trash is full prior to checkout, we have provided two options: 1) We have dedicated trashcans located behind the building, which are labeled 94 Charles Street. Kindly put your sealed bag of trash in one of our trashcans. To get to the trashcans, take the elevator to the basement, turn right and out the door at the end of the hall. 2) There is also a BLUE recycling bin in back for your use to place recyclables in. We ll take care of any normal trash in the unit upon checkout. Laundry Washers and dryers available in the basement of the building. Take the elevator down to floor "G" and exit left off the elevator. As a courtesy to our cleaning staff, who use the laundry between 11am and 4pm, please try to do your laundry in the morning or evening. Keys / Access The building is equipped with keyless locks, which require a code to open. Codes have been provided to you by phone, text or . If you ve lost or forgotten your codes, please call or the Landlord. We will respond as quickly as possible to get you back in

6 Charles MGH (red line) intersection of Charles and Cambridge Boylston Street (Green Line) corner of Boylston and Tremont Bus Stops On Beacon Street, near Walnut (up the Hill) - #43, #55 - use these to transfer most anywhere All public transit info here: The city of Boston started The Hubway program which allows you to rent bikes at various locations in the City and return them in any other location. For example, you can rent a bike in Beacon Hill, ride it to the North End and either leave it there at another Hubway, or ride it back to Beacon Hill. Great program! Nearest location: Charles Circle, intersection of Charles and Cambridge Street Website: RUN The Charles River is one of the easiest and most picturesque places to run. It s 3 blocks from you. Go out the door and go left to Cambridge Street. Follow the foot bridge over Storrow Drive and you will run in to the Charles River. There are various loops around

7 the river for a range of distances. You can do a 3 mile loop or as long as 17 mile loop. Here is a map of the bridges and the mileages: KAYAK You can rent kayaks on the Charles River. Best to take a cab or drive to this location. You could also run there! There are multiple locations Kendall Square is probably the closest to you. Here s the link: Boston is filled with history and scenery. Check out some of these places if you have time. The Charles River and The Esplanade The Freedom Trail Paul Revere s House and the Old North Church Boston Massacre Site The North End Copley Square Boston Public Library The Boston Common and Public Gardens Fenway Park Harvard Square Quincy Market / Faneuil Hall Boston Aquarium

8 The Science Museum By far the best way to see Boston in the least amount of time. You can check off a lot of the sites above in just over an hour. Highly recommended if you have never done one. You can board a duck right outside the Prudential Center on Huntington, but you have to make a reservation. Call DUCK Or book on the website: This is a great way to get around the City AND get a guided tour while en route to your destination. Beantown Trolley s picks up in a bunch of locations around the City, one of which is directly to your right as you exit 94 Charles Street. Call Or book on the web:
