2 Check-in/Check-out Check-in is at 4 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM ***Cleaners begin promptly at 11AM*** How Do I Get In? All access and unit information is sent to you via 2 days prior to your arrival. Since our buildings are unstaffed, it is critical that you receive and read all communication from us in order to access your unit. Because our buildings do not have a front desk we use codes, not keys, to give our guests access to buildings and units. If you don t receive the from us with access information 2 days prior to arrival, please contact us immediately. The that contains your codes is titled: Important Check-In Information for your Booking (PLEASE READ): Pre-Stay Information for your Booking on Coming from Logan Airport Talking a cab from the Airport to get to the building (it s a bit expensive). The entire trip is about 10 minutes but it will cost around $30 with all tolls and airport fees included. Getting to the airport from the property is much cheaper and we recommend using apps like Uber or Lift for your departure. You can also pick up the shuttle from the airport at Terminal E, getting off at the MBTA Airport Station. From here you will board the Silver Line (SL1) bus toward South Station, getting off at South Station. Once at South Station, get on the Red Line train toward Braintree, getting off at the Broadway stop. At the

3 Broadway stop, board the #9 City Point Bus, riding 7 stops and getting off at E. G Street. The building is a 1 minute walk from the stop. It is a brownstone with red and white trim, across the street from the courthouse. Coming from South Station If you arrived by train at South Station, just get on the Red Line train toward Braintree, getting off at the Broadway stop. At the Broadway stop, board the #9 City Point Bus, riding 7 stops and getting off at E. G Street. The building is a 1 minute walk from the stop. It is a brownstone with red and white trim, across the street from the courthouse. Your room is equipped with basic cable and free WiFi. If you are staying in Unit 3, your TV receives channels using an HD antenna as opposed to cable. Unit 3 s TV also features Smart connectivity allowing you access to built-in apps like Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu, etc. (you must use your own account for access). Wireless Internet: All guests have access to our Wifi network anywhere in the building. Depending on your unit, we recommend connecting to one of the three networks listed below. 4 Receiving Mail/Packages All guests are welcome to ship packages to the building. That being said, we don t have mail boxes and won t be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that all guests who would like to receive mail rent a PO Box at one of the nearby post offices. The closest one to your building is the US Post Office located at 444 East 3 rd Street. Upon move-out, help save some trees by cancelling all future mailings to the property. Trash/Recycling If your trash and/or recycling is full prior to checkout: 1) There are trash and recycling bins located behind the property. Kindly put your sealed bag of trash or sorted recycling in one of the bins. 2) There is also curbside trash and recycling pick-up every Wednesday. Sealed bags of trash and separate sorted recycling may be brought to the street any time after 5pm on the night prior to collection, or by no later than 8 am on the pick-up date. All recycling should be placed in one of the large blue recycling bins, with the exception of oversized items. We ll take care of any normal trash in the unit upon check-out. If you have rancid smelling trash items (food waste, etc.) please help us and your fellow guests by disposing of such trash outside in one of the bins.

5 Heating and Cooling Heating is controlled via a thermostat located on the well near the bathroom in the unit. During peak months (April-October), each unit is equipped with a window AC unit (DO NOT REMOVE THE UNIT OR OPEN THE WINDOW AS THIS POSES A SAFETY HAZARD). Locking Your Door If you re not sure if your door is locked, just check the door before leaving, turning the lever on the back to lock if need be. Laundry Coin operated laundry facilities are located in the basement of the building. You must provide your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please use only high efficiency detergents in our machines. Storing Your Bags Before/After Check-In If you arrive before your scheduled check-in at 4pm, you are more than welcome to leave your bags in the entryway of the building. That being said, feel free to call us on the day of your arrival to see if an early check-in is possible. There is parking at the Channel Center Garage, located only a few minutes away by cab at 116 West 1 st Street. Their number is (617) We also have 4 parking spaces available for rent behind the building that are subject to availability.

6 Renting a Car The nearest place to rent a car during your stay is Enterprise, located 10 minutes away by bus (#9) at 230 Dorchester Ave. Their number is (617) Be respectful of your neighbors =). After 9 PM, please refrain from making loud noises. Please help your fellow tenants by not monopolizing laundry facilities. If you smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building. Please keep common areas clean. All of the building s common spaces are cleaned periodically, but our cleaners have feelings to, so help them out if you can. If you have rented a parking space behind the building, be sure to leave your keys if you re parking someone in. There are lock boxes for keys located in the entryway of the building in the vestibule. The code to these boxes will be sent to you via if you have reserved a space.

This is the line to use if going to Harvard or MIT. You can also ride the red line to Boston Common and Beacon Hill by getting off at Park St. and MGH stops. Andrew (Red Line) corner of Dorchester St. and Dorchester Ave. Bus Stops To get downtown simply board the number 9 bus toward Copley. It picks up right outside the building.

Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) (Yawkey Building #9, 55 Fruit Street Boston, MA 02114) - 30 minutes by bus/train (15 min. by cab). If going by train, ride the #9 bus toward Copley and board the Red Line train at the Broadway stop toward Alewife, getting off at MGH station. It s about a 5 minute walk from there heading North on Charles St. Tufts Medical Center (800 Washington St. Boston, MA 02111) - Less than 20 minutes by bus. If traveling by bus, board the #11 bus at Dorchester St. and West 6 th St. toward Downtown. Get off at the Tufts Medical center stop. Dana Farber Cancer Institute (450 Brookline Ave. Boston, MA 02215) - 25 min. by cab. Boston Children s Hospital (300 Longwood Ave. Boston, MA 02215) - 25 min. by cab. 12 L St. Switch to the #7 bus and ride toward Otis & Summer St., getting off at Summer St. opposite World Trade Center (WTC) Ave. Hubway The city of Boston started The Hubway program; which allows you to rent bikes at various locations in the City and return them in any other location. For example, you can rent a bike in Back Bay, ride it to the North End, and either leave it at another Hubway, or ride it back to the Back Bay. Great program! Nearest location: Dorchester Ave. at Gillette Park (Bike Station C32009) - 1 Miles (15 min. by foot) Website: RUN One of the best parts about being in South Boston is that you have easy access to the ocean and you get the nice cool breezes from the North Atlantic. At the end of E Broadway, which you can reach by bus or by foot, there is an awesome running path near Fort Independence that is literally right on the coast. Castle Island Park is a great place to run; it s also a great place to hang out and cool off. There s also some great running to be had near Castle Island Park and Pleasure bay. To get there, board the bus on Broadway toward Bayview and get off at Columbia Rd. at Farragut Rd. The walk from there to the running/biking paths is about 3 mins.
