1 Lee Mooring Lee Mooring is a quintessential Maine island home located on the edge of the ocean. This comfortable well appointed vacation home looks out over Casco Bay and the Chebeague Island Inn. Cook your lobsters in a well designed kitchen and then enjoy your meal on the sunlit porch looking out over the sparkling bay. The house sits on 3 acres and has an expansive lawn for lawn games or just hanging out in the hammock. Raspberry bushes abound along the edge of the property. A small flower garden welcomes your arrival. The semi private beach is great for swimming, beachcombing and kayak launching. We have croquet, frisbee, volleyball, several bicycles, two kayaks and a row boat. For those rainy days we have puzzles, games, books and dare we say cable TV. 2 First Floor Bedroom Master Bedroom Second Floor Bedroom The main house can accommodate 5 people and the cottage can accommodate 2. Lee Mooring is located on the water across the bay from the Stone Pier, the Chebeague Inn and the Golf Course. The main house upstairs has two bedrooms and a half bathroom, And downstairs we have a single bedroom and a full bathroom, a large kitchen with a small dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and the front porch room. The front room is our favorite room and the place where we usually spend most of our time and eat dinner because of the impressive view. There is also a washing machine and dryer on the property.

3 The cottage may be rented depending on availability for an additional fee. It also may be available on it s own when we occupy the main house. It has a queen bed, a small refrigerator, a coffee machine, a bathroom, a back room and an outside shower. (We may be staying here depending on the date.) The Cottage Cottage Interior The cozy cabin is a bit like glamping, great for kids who are old enough to want their own space, not so great for little ones who shouldn't be left on their own.

4 The Cabin Chebeague is the largest island in Casco Bay, stretching 4 miles long. It is the perfect place to get away while having room to explore. Chebeague has a relaxed and friendly vibe with kids on bikes and golf carts on the roads. Bike to the Niblic (at the Chebeague Island Boat Yard) for coffee or a gourmet lunch on the second floor seaside deck. The boat yard also has an ATM and post office. Enjoy breakfast or lunch at the Ebb & Thyme Bakery and Cafe or a pub style dinner and live music at the Slow Bell. Enjoy the sunsets from the porch, lawn or head to the Chebeague Island Inn for cocktails on the porch. Make reservations ahead of time for an upscale dinner at the Inn. For the more adventurous, hop on a Casco Bay Lines ferry from Chandler's Wharf to Portland where you'll find great dining, movies and shopping in the Old Port. There is a small library and a recreation center on the island. The rec. center has a pool and tennis courts. They also offer classes and teen nights. The Islander Ferry makes regular trips to Yarmouth while the Casco Bay Lines ferry travels to Portland so you can explore its many shops and restaurants in the Old Port. Doughty's Market is a small grocery store on the island which offers the essentials. You can also place an order with area markets, including Whole Foods, to be delivered to the island daily via the Casco Bay Lines ferry. Fresh seafood is also available on the island. Chebeague Island Is small enough (1.5 x 4.5 miles) to walk or bike. If you want to bring your own car be sure to book early through Chebeague Island transportation.
