It is divided into bills currently in progress; bills which have been passed; bills which have received and become Acts of the Scottish arliament; and bills which have been withdrawn 1. ach table is arranged alphabetically bill title, and indicates the type of bill, the person or organisation that it and the key dates in its progress. Scottish arliament Fact sheet arliamentary Business: Current Series 10 January 2008 The following abbreviations have been used to indicate the different types of bill: C for a Committee Bill, for an xecutive Bill, for a ember's Bill and for a rivate Bill. This fact sheet will be regularly updated to reflect the progress of legislation. You can also follow the progress of bills on the Scottish arliament website, at the following link: All Acts of the Scottish arliament appear on the Office of ublic Sector Information (OSI) website at the following link: 1 A bill can be withdrawn the S, Committee or inister who it. For example, an S may choose to withdraw his or her ember s Bill because the Scottish xecutive introduces a bill to legislate in the same area. 1
