3 Introduction Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) lists bodies which are subject to FOISA. The schedule is updated from time to time by statutory orders made under section 4 of FOISA or by other legislation. There are other ways in which a body can be subject to FOISA.
