17 Tips and Reminders October Tips and Reminders: The Agency Managers (TAM) Name accounts carefully - consult the procedure! Two entity names should never exist under a single customer code. Use the corporate name rather than the DBA. Endorse policies when corporate name does not match our file. Correct client codes via a Request Checklist to the Administration Department. Complete the Customer Detail Screen completely and correctly. Do not abbreviate unless approved or absolutely necessary. 17

18 Tips and Reminders October Tips and Reminders: Kitchen Etiquette Clean up after yourself (including inside the microwaves). Do not let empty coffee pots burn on the burners. Make new coffee if you take the last cup. Do not eat other Associates food items. Mark your food with your initials. Dump drinks before disposing in the trash can. 18
