Payment by cash or cheque (payable to Friends of Morecambe Road School) must be made at the auctioneer s desk on the evening of the auction. 5. Nor do they give any warranty as to the quality of or content of the promises. For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between the organizers and the successful bidders. 6. Any unsold items will be listed and kept available for a short period of time. 7. If for some genuine unforeseen reason a service cannot be discharged a refund will be made. 8.
