3 Introduction to Gallan Group Jackie Gallagher, Chairman of the Gallan Group - incorporating Gallan Developments, Gallan Residential as well as Gallan Properties - has a considerable track record in developments covering all sectors including Residential, Industrial, Offices and Retail; his career spans across 45 years in the Property industry. Before establishing Gallan Properties, Jackie, was Director of J J Gallagher Ltd, a force to be reckoned with in the Midlands property world. Jackie was directly responsible for overseeing the developments of over 5,000 residential units and over 3 million square feet of commercial, including retail parks and numerous standalone warehouse units for tenants such as B&Q, Sainsbury s Retail, Macro and Texas Homecare, and development and delivery of various nationwide commercial projects for tenants such as Schweppes and Reinshagen. Jackie Gallagher, Chairman Karen Wilson joined Gallan in August Karen has been working directly with Jackie Gallagher on the diverse range of investment properties and development sites. Karen manages the various companies within the larger group structure and has overseen the associated development and management. Prior to Gallan Properties, Karen worked for a Chartered Surveying practice, Phoenix Beard, for four years as a building surveyor and project manager responsible for clients such as Standard Life, Slough Estates, Helical Bar and Universities Superannuation Scheme. Karen has also been heavily involved in project managing a variety of schemes in all sectors; Office, Industrial and Retail. Karen Wilson, Director Marty Gallagher, Director Paul Ga rry, Director Marty Gallagher joined Gallan in April Marty has over 15 years experience in agency and development and prior to working with Gallan worked for Phoenix Beard and Gooch Webster being based both in Birmingham and London. Marty specialised in Development and Agency, advising and negotiating with both operators and landlords. Clients including Sainsbury s Supermarkets Limited, Standard Life, Norwich Union, Royal & Sun Alliance, I.M Properties, Fitness First and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Marty moved, as Director, to a development company in 2003 and worked with a number of European funds on projects both here and abroad specialising in mixed used schemes. Marty has an excellent track record and extensive knowledge of the mixed use market and has delivered and advised on large scale developments. Paul Garry joined Gallan in May 2007 from Global Property Advisors, Jones Lang LaSalle, where he specialised in Retail leasing and shopping centres. Paul worked directly on a number of prestigious schemes, namely: Bullring Shopping Centre (1.2m sq.ft.), Ropewalk Shopping Centre, Nuneaton (250,000 sq.ft.), Bullring Link, Birmingham (100,000 sq.ft.), Attwood House, Birmingham (20,000 sq.ft.) Paul worked alongside major landlords including Scottish Widows, Morley and Birmingham Alliance and occupiers including Next, H&M, River Island, Topshop and Adidas.

Gallan obtained planning consent for a high quality bespoke apartment development consisting of 80 one and two bedroom apartments with 170 car parking spaces and Retail/Restaurant units adjacent.
