Area is stocked with complimentary water, coffee and snacks. Staffed with helpful volunteers and emergency medical services provided by the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department. Important Stadium and Game Day Information Game Day Security Information Please note that there will be pat down searches performed at all stadium gate entrances by gender-specific security personnel. Fans attending the game are strongly encouraged to make plans to arrive early for entry into the stadium to allow adequate time for these searches. The following information details prohibited items for EverBank Field on October 27 for the Georgia vs. Florida game, in accordance with security procedures for all City of Jacksonville venues. Prohibited Items o No purses or bags larger than 12 x 12 x 12 inches o No cameras with lenses longer than six inches o No coolers or containers including cans, cups and bottles o No strollers or umbrellas o No pets (except special services) o No food or beverage from outside the stadium o No seat cushions o No video or audio recorders o No whistles, noise makers, air horns or laser pointers o No poles or sticks o No knives, guns or any type of weapons or explosives o No smoking (except in designated areas) o No promotional materials o Any other item deemed unacceptable by stadium management o No Re-Entry There are no provisions to check items at the gates or in the stadium. Fans will be asked to take prohibited items to their vehicles or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium. EverBank Field is NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen or damaged. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited. 4

5 10/10/ The Touchdown Clubs and all other gates will open at 1:30 p.m. for Saturday s 3:30 p.m. kickoff. Fans are encouraged to move into their seats sooner than usual to avoid last-minute gate pressure, which frequently occurs prior to kickoff. Those with special needs should contact Stadium Operations at (904) They will need to provide the number of the gate they plan to enter as well as their special needs. Special service animals are welcome. Parking, Traffic and Transportation RV City Visitor Parking o There are associated parking costs for lots in and around the Sports Complex beginning Wednesday, Oct. 24. Game Day Parking o Parking is extremely limited in the Sports Complex area. Available lots open at 6 a.m. Private parking options may be available, however, use of the JTA Gameday Shuttle is strongly encouraged. For a complete listing of parking options, including City and private lots, visit FLGA.org. o Unauthorized retail, commercial, marketing and promotional activities are strictly prohibited inside parking lots and tailgating areas with prior written approval (and proof of certification in the manner of a permit, etc.) from the City of Jacksonville. All violators will be escorted off the premises by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. These regulations are applicable in parking lots owned and/or leased by the City of Jacksonville and managed by SMG. Traffic Restrictions o The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reserves the right to shut down all golf carts as necessary due to traffic issues and safety concerns. o To ensure smooth traffic flow, only street legal* golf carts and motorized scooters will be permitted in the Sports Complex area, surrounding parking lots and streets leading to The Jacksonville Landing. No motorized coolers will be permitted. * Defined by Florida Statute (42) as any four-wheeled electric vehicles whose top speed is greater than 20 miles per hour but not greater than 25 miles per hour, low speed vehicles include NEV or neighborhood electric vehicles. There are several features required for LSV and NEV electric vehicles or street legal golf carts features include stop lamps, turn signal lamps, headlamps, tail lamps, parking brakes, rearview mirrors, reflex reflectors, windshields, seat belts, and VIN's. Must be registered and insured in accordance with current regulations (s ). The driver must have a valid driver s license and the vehicle must be registered and insured in accordance with current regulations (s ). o Only authorized golf carts will be allowed in the area for official use. o Bicycles and rickshaws are allowed but will be asked to leave if they obstruct traffic. Riding on sidewalks is not permitted. Rickshaws must be permitted through the City of Jacksonville Office of Special Events. The Jacksonville Sheriff s Office will escort non-permitted rickshaws off the premises. Complimentary Georgia-Florida Shuttle A free 22-passenger shuttle will transport fans to various stops in the downtown and Sports Complex areas. 5
