10 THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE PROMULGATED TO MAXIMUM YOUR PLEASURE AT THE ROBBINSVILLE FIELDHOUSE WITHOUT INTRUDING ON THE RIGHTS OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND THE ROBBINSVILLE TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY Licensee hereby agrees that Licensee, the Licensee s agents, guests and visitors will not: 1. Make or permit any disturbing noises on the premises or permit any action that will interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of the Robbinsville Township community; Licensee will not play, or permit to be played, any musical instrument or operate a radio, television, stereo or other appliance on the premises between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. if it disturbing to the Robbinsville Township community; 2. Permit the plumbing facilities, toilets, or other water apparatus to be used for any purpose other than those for which they were constructed; 3. Place nor allow to be placed any signs of any kind whatsoever upon, in or about the premises without the prior written consent of RF; D) Drill or nail or screw any object into the walls, ceilings, partitions or floor without the prior written consent of RF or Licensee will be liable for any damages and the cost of restoring the same; 4. Park or drive any vehicle in any area other than that designated for parking by RF (vehicles that violate this rule may be towed at the owner s expense); 5. Use, sell, purchase or be involved in any way with illegal narcotics or any other illegal items (including unlawful firearms) on the premises; 6. Use any decorations that have not been approved by RF; 7. Allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose; 8. Allow any pets on the premises nor allow any of their guests and visitors to bring any pets on to the premises; RF will make provisions for any of Licensee s visually impaired visitors that make use of seeingeye dogs;

11 9. Keep anything on the premises that are dangerous, flammable, and explosive or might increase the danger of fire or any other hazard; nor will Licensee do anything or permit anything to be done which will increase the rate of insurance of the building; 10. Install any locks or change any existing locks; 11. Allow any smoking in the facility --The Robbinsville Fieldhouse is a no smoking facility; 12. Fail to secure the building by locking all doors if Licensee's use coincides with the last period of use for any day; and 13. Fail to clean up all litter and debris after Licensee's use of the facility (In the event of a failure to comply with this paragraph, Licensee agrees to pay a $200 cleaning fee). RF has the right to rescind any of these rules and make such other and further rules and regulations as, in the RF s judgment, may be required for the safety, care, maintenance, operation, and cleanliness of the premises and for the preservation of good order therein, which when so made, and notice thereof is given to the Licensee, will have the same force and effect ad if originally made a part of this Facility Use Agreement.
