This is a family event with live bluegrass music, food, vendors, games and of course naturally grown blueberries to be picked. Bring blankets or chairs and recommend bug spray. Road to Riverfest July 3, additional date available (starting at 6pm) Liberty Park and Marina, 1188 Cumberland Dr, Clarksville TN Road to Riverfest is the city's summer concert series at Liberty Park, leading up to Clarksville Riverfest in September featuring local musicians. Beer and food will be available for purchase on site. Independence Day Celebration July 3 (5pm-10pm) Liberty Park, 1188 Cumberland Dr, Clarksville TN The event is free and open to the public. Activities and music will begin at 6PM and fireworks will begin at 9:15PM. Seating is available throughout the park and the concerts will take place on the Great Lawn of the Wilma Rudolph Event Center. Concessions are for sale throughout. Sunset Canoe Trip July 3 (6pm-8:30pm) LBL, The Nature Station, 3146 Silver Trail Rd, Cadiz KY Cost: $25 per canoe. Call: to reserve Join us for a relaxed paddle as we explore the nooks and crannies of one of Lake Barkley s scenic bays. We will search the waters and shorelines for wildlife. Enjoy a feast for the eyes and ears as the sun dips below the trees.

July 4 (4pm-10pm) Christian County High School, 220 Glass Ave, Hopkinsville KY Cost: $1 per person Enjoy food trucks, music from Keegan Raleigh & more all afternoon, with fireworks sponsored by the City of Hopkinsville and Parks and Recreation after the Hoppers game. Be sure to bring chairs and blankets for the pre-game festivities, as they will be held in the field adjacent to Colonel Field! 4 th of July Fireworks at Barkley Beach July 4 (4pm-10:30pm) Lake Barkley State Resort Park, 3500 State Park Rd, Cadiz KY Lake Barkley State Park will present a free fireworks show on July 4th at the beach. 3 2018 Music City Hot Chicken Festival July 4 (10am-3pm) East Park Community Center, 600 Woodland St, Nashville TN The FREE event is held in East Park at 700 Woodland Street on July 4th each year. The Fire Truck Parade begins at 10:30am followed by free Hot Chicken samples to the first 500 people in line. Festival gates open at 11:00am. Visitors can enjoy Hot Chicken from Nashville's best Hot Chicken establishments, cold beer from Yazoo and other delicious edibles from local vendors. Independence Day Celebration July 4 (1pm-4pm) Homeplace 1850 s Working Farm, 4512 The Trace, Dover TN The festivities will kick off with the reading of the Declaration of Independence and wonderful patriotic speeches, as was the tradition. Afterwards, let the games begin! Play old time games and compete in grand competition or cool off with a slice of ice cold watermelon. At the end of the day, meet at the front field for the grand finale! Truly a celebration for all Americans. Team River Runner July 6, additional dates available (starting at 10am) APSU Foy Pool, Clarksville TN University Recreation partnered with Team River Runner to offer free white water paddling instruction! This program is open to veterans and their families, as well as non service connected individuals either with or without disabilities interested in furthering the mission of TRR. Joint kayaking sessions between APSU Team River Runner and Ft. Campbell TRR are offered every Friday at 10 AM or 3 PM. Unknown Realms July 29 (2pm-4pm) Dunbar Cave State Park, 401 Old Dunbar Cave Rd, Clarksville TN Cost: $20 per person Already taken our regular cave tour? Then join us for an extended journey into the depths. We will get off the normal tour route and explore some of the more remote areas of the cave. No crawling is required but some passages are tight so you may get muddy. Due to the rugged nature of this route participants need to be at least 10 years old and in good physical condition. Ceiling heights are very low in many places. Flashlights (no cell phones or headlamps) and sturdy shoes or boots are required. Only 10 spaces are available for this very special tour so book now!
