Location: Del Mar Fairgrounds Contact: June 16-Aug. 30 The CADO An immersive pop-up experience devoted to California Avocados will feature seven imaginative rooms of large-scale interactive art installations. Location: Liberty Station, South Promenade July 6 Summer Family Mural Project Time: 5pm -7pm Join us during Food Truck Fridays in Balboa Park! Help paint a large mural in front of the Timken, then go inside for an art treasure hunt. Location: Timken Museum of Art, Balboa Park July 6-8 Fallbrook Summer Carnival Food, Carnival, Beer & Wine and Live Music! Location: Community Parking Lot, Alvarado Street July 7 SheFest Time: 11am-3pm A woman-centered event that celebrates and supports the talents and contributions of women while fostering meaningful connections within the LGBT and larger San Diego community. Location: Pier Plaza July San Diego Pride Festival Time: 12-10pm Celebrate diversity under San Diego s amazing sky and dance the day and night away! Location: Oceanside Pier July 28 California Clambake Time: 5:30-8pm With a sunset backdrop, live entertainment and interactive beach games, guests donned in white attire will cozy up on communal tables and enjoy a shellfish feast featuring menus from renowned Guest Chef Javier Plascencia. Location: Hotel del Coronado July 28 Imperial Beach Surf Dog Competition Time: 8am-3pm Check out the action where more than 60 dogs are expected to participate in this family friendly event, which raises funds for the San Diego Humane Society.
