9 Picnics are served in either the Good Old Days Picnic Grove or Kringle s Banquet Hall depending on the estimated attendance. Holiday World can serve picnic groups from 15 to 17,000 people. A Grand Buffet Meal will include up to three entrées and your choice of three traditional side dishes. All buffets include fresh veggie trays, ranch dip and an assortment of cookies baked fresh in Mrs. Klaus Kitchen. 10 OUTINGS Outings Bring your employees to the parks for a fun-filled day without a catered meal. Outing tickets are date specific (minimum group size of 15). Outing customers will sign an agreement and pay a deposit of 10% based on the estimated final attendance. Subject to credit approval, the final invoice will be for the actual number of tickets redeemed at the park on your event date. Outing tickets not used on the date of your event will be voided. Advantage of the Outing Program Tickets are for admission to both parks at a discounted price Includes free parking, sunscreen, use of tubes in Splashin Safari (on dates the water park is open) and our all day unlimited beverage service The company or organization only pays for tickets redeemed on the date of your event Free promotional materials Outing Ticket Prices- Early Season Outings (April 29 - June 11, 2017) $31.99 per person Peak Season Outings (June 12 - September 17, 2017) excluding blackout dates in September - $35.99 per person Happy Halloween Outings (September 23 - October 29, 2017) $21.99 per person Online Outing Program We also offer a discounted group outing ticket program at HolidayWorld.com.
