Earnest Money New Unused HMT 34 nos Rs.10,000/- per tractor Of different Models on As is where is basis As per Annexure, attached General Terms & Conditions:- 1. GST or any other taxes as applicable at the time of invoicing will be charged extra. 2. Tractor/ would be delivered as ex-works on as is where is basis from their location i.e. from HMT Plant, Pinjore or CSD, as mentioned in Annexure. 3. can be physically seen by the interested parties on any working days between hrs to hrs. 4. Tender must be accompanied by earnest money (interest free & refundable) i.e. Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for each quoted Tractor. 5. Tenderers can bid for one or more tractors and earnest money would be calculated as: Rs.10,000/-x No of quoted. 6. Rates must be quoted in figures as well in words also in the prescribed format enclosed as Annexure. 7. Offer along with Earnest money in the form of demand draft in favor of HMT Limited payable at Pinjore must be put in the envelope mentioning on the front top of envelope as Tender enquiry Ref: GM(TRP)/Sale of SIT/ Dated for sale of tractors to be sent at the following address and mentioning tenderer s address at the bottom of left hand side envelope on or before up to Hrs. General Manager (TRP) Central Registry Deptt., HMT Limited, Pinjore (Haryana) Envelope should be duly sealed from all the corners with cello tape.tender can also be dropped personally in the Tender Box kept for this purpose in the Tractor spare parts deptt. at HMT Limited, Pinjore. 8. Tenders will be opened by the Tender Committee on at Hrs. in the office of General Manager (TRP) and in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives. Tenderers are

2 requested to be present on the date of opening of tender or they can depute their representatives with authorization letter. 9. Conditional/telegraphic/faxed or mailed tenders will not be accepted. 10. Tenders without earnest money will not be accepted. 11. Tender forms are available with tractor spare parts dept. and be collected on all working days up to between to Hrs. on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) by Demand Draft in favor of M/s HMT Limited payable at Pinjore )non-refundable). Form can also be downloaded from our website or In case of tender form is downloaded, separate DD of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred only) against the cost of Tender Form is to be submitted along with quotation. Other Terms & Conditions 1. No Warranty, No after sales service and other obligations whatsoever would be provided by HMT Ltd., Pinjore for above tractors. 2. Transportation of the Tractor/, insurance (including transit). registration (including transit) etc. shall be arranged by the successful bidders/buyers only. 3. Company will not be held responsible for transit failure of tractor/tractors. 4. Successful Tenderers must collect the Tractor/ within 15 days from the finalization of Tender by depositing balance payment through RTGS or DD in favor of HMT Limited, Pinjore failing which earnest money will be forfeited without prier information. 5. Tractor/ would be delivered physically to the successful tenderers or their authorized Representatives. Supporting documents i.e. valid driving license, authorization letter, photo ID etc. are to be submitted to HMT before delivery of. 6. Invoice, sale letter and copy of Memo No:30081/RC Assott./ST-II dated from Transport Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh for registration of your tractor would be supplied to the party along with the tractor/tractors. Other documents if required, will have to be arranged by the party at their own arrangements. Arbitration:- Any dispute arising out of this context shall be subject to the decision of the Arbitrator who shall be appointed by the chief of the Unit (General Manager) HMT Limited, Pinjore and the decision of the said Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties. Jurisdiction:- Any dispute arising out of this account shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Civil Court at Panchkula. In case of any query/ clarification, regarding above tender, party may contact General Manager (TRP) at phone no or at General Manager (TRP) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders in part or whole without assigning any reason thereof.
