Offer period: 15 June August Tourist Guides have to follow the procedures in the attached, to enjoy this offer. It is summarized below. a. Tourist Guides must bring the China tourists (aged 21 years & above) to the Membership Counter, Level 2/Sky Casino and give a certified copy of the China tourists name list at the Counter. b. Once the Tourist Guide fills the two forms (Application as Program Representative & the GST Form) 1-day Guest Passes will be issued to the China Tourists stated in the name list. c. At the Sky Casino Sliver Club Dragon Room, the Casino Marketing Manager's representative will verify and sign the name list of China Tourists recorded by Membership Counter. d. The offer is only for Tourist Guides with Genting Rewards Card (any type), NRIC and valid Tourist Guide Badge. e. Resort World Genting will process the payment within 2 days of each visit and Tourist Guides can collect the payment during their next visit to Genting Highlands f. All other existing rules on entry to Sky Casino apply for this offer Please also refer to detailed step-by-step processes attached and the two forms to be signed by Tourist Guides, when bringing China tourists to the Dragon Room, Sky Casino. The above process applies every time Tourist Guides bring China tourists to the Dragon Room, Sky Casino. Only a maximum RM is allowed for a Tourist guide per day NOTE: Resort World Genting will immediately withdraw this offer if there is any abuse as stated in the Terms & Conditions attached.

2 PROGRAM FOR TOURIST GUIDES 2018 China Tour Referral Program A RM5 will be awarded to individual Tourist Guide for every China tourist patronizing Sky Casino Silver Club Dragon Level 3 with effective from 15 June 2018 until 15 August Below please find procedures and terms & conditions for Tourist Guides to register for the above Program to be observed for EVERY visit by China Tourists:- 1. Every Tourist Guide is required to fill up two document as follows:- a China Tour Referral Program Registration Form (Attachment 1) b China Tour Referral Program GST Declaration Form (Attachment 2) 2. China Tour Referral Program Overall Process Flow Arrival of China Tourists Tourist Guide bring them to Membership Counter at SkyCasino Level 2 Guest Services Agent (GSA) will record in Casino Marketing Treasury System (CMTS) & issue a Guest Pass to every China Tourist Tourist Guide Incentive Scheme Tourist Guide will lead tourists to Dragon Room Casino Cashier s Cage to verify, let Tour Guide acknowledge the list and make payment Tourist Guide collect the list & approach Casino Cage for incentive payment Authorized Personnel from Casino Marketing Manager to verify and sign the name list printed from CMTS 3. Terms & Conditions a. Only Tourist Guides whom register and complete the GST Declaration Form are entitled to redeem above entitlement. b. Cash will be paid to Tourist Guide with valid GRC & My Kad only and payment on daily basis at Casino Cashier s Cage, Sky Casino Level 3. c. The entitlement is not transferable to other Tourist Guide, exchangeable for any other offers or entitlements. d. Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves the right to add or amend the entitlement at any time without prior notice.

4 Terms & Conditions: 1. All applications must be 21 years old & above and non Malaysian Muslim. 2. Applicant must join as Genting Rewards member in order to become an authorized program representative. 3. All contracts with authorized program representatives are to be reviewed every six (06) months based on agent's performance. 4. Genting Malaysia Bhd reserves the right to reject the application of any person that it deems inappropriate for any reason whatsoever. 5. If any authorized program representative is found to have abused the terms & conditions stated, he/she will be terminated as authorized program representative with immediate effect and all entitlements, rewards, incentives or commissions will be forfeited. 6. Authorized program representative shall not be an employee of Genting Malaysia Bhd. They are solely responsible for their own business activities/ arrangements/ deals carried out between the program representative and his/ her participants. Program representatives are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as employee of Genting Malaysia Bhd. 7. Authorized program representatives must abide all rules & regulations laid down by Genting Malaysia Bhd which are subject to change from time to time. 8. Authorized program representatives are strictly prohibited from using Genting logo or any of the company's marks, brands, or devices in any form whatsoever. Any authorized program representative if found using the same shall be immediately terminated as an authorized program representative and all or any commissions due and/ or unpaid to the said program representative shall be forfeited. 9. Genting Malaysia Bhd reserves the rights to alter, amend, delete or add to any of the terms & conditions above without prior notice.
