What is the validity of this offer? A2. This offer is valid for bookings received from 11 th March 2018 till 23 rd March 2018 and will be available either till stocks run out or till 23 rd March 2018 whichever is earlier. Q3. How wil I get my 5% GST from Cox & Kings? A3. 5% GST will be part of the Invoice as per the Government regulations. As part of the OMG offer, Cox & Kings will bear the 5% GST and the same will be given to you as a Cut & Pay Discount. Q4. When do I have to actually travel on a holiday? A4. You can choose to travel on dates available between 01 ST April 2018 till 30 th September Q5. How do I become eligible? A5. As soon as you make the full and final payment for your booking as per the terms and conditions of the respective holiday, and travel on your booked tour, you are eligible for the Offer. Q6. Are the optional Tours and any other extra services eligible for the 5% GST waiver? A6. No. Optional tours or any other extra services are not covered under 5% GST waiver. You need to pay the same at the time of your final payments.

3 Q7. If we cancel the tour, will Cox & Kings bear the GST of 18% on the cancellation charges? A7. No. The OMG offer is only for the passengers who actually travel on the tour. If you cancel, you are liable to pay the GST of 18% over and above the Cancellation charges as per the Government Rules. You will not be eligible for the Lucky traveller lucky dip and the assured gift. Q8. Where do I book my holiday? A8. You can book your holiday at any of our Cox and Kings offices, franchisees or preferred agents or on our website or by paying a minimum amount per person as per the tour to reserve your holiday. Q9. Can I book ONLINE and OFFLINE? A9. Yes the offer is valid both online and offline. Q10. What are the tours covered by this offer? A10. For Group Tours : You can choose any tour from our Marvellous platter of Duniya Dekho Gaurav Yatra Aamhi Travelkar Instant Holidays Getaway Goddess (Group tours) & Bharat Deko (Group tours) tours where Cox & Kings will bear the 5% GST on your Main Tour Cost. What is the Best Price Match offer? A16. In the Best Price Match offer, if you come with a better price for a similar tour we will pay you double for the difference in the price. Conditions for the Best Price Match Offer : Best Price Match Offer is available to all customers booking from 11 th March Offer is valid on select pakcages till stocks lasts. Please check with your sales officer on the details of the offer To avail of the Best Price Match offer, all customers will have to book the tour by paying the reservation fees.

5 Passengers will have 73 hours ie. 3 working days to come back with a competitive quote. The offer stands null and void post the offer period and post 3 working days / 72 hours after the booking is done To match the quote, we would require a formal quote of a comparable reputed tour operator in writing. Comparisons would be done for a like to like product in terms of Inclusions & Exclusions, Type of Airline offered, Flight duration, Hotel types, location of hotels, Sightseeing offered, Meals offered,. Exact match will be required for the price match offer. Hotels for the comparative quote should be of same categories and have to be in the same or similar location. Travel period of the price match quote should be around same period or a maximum difference of 4 days, of the package bough by you. For eg. If the booking done by you is in April, one cannot do a price match for a travel period in March. For price match, bookings done till 30 th September 2018 shall be accepted only. If proved correct, Cox & Kings will give double the difference in form of Cox & Kings Gift Vouchers valid for future travel till one year from the date of issue. Q17. When will the selected Winners of the OMG Offer be announced? A17. The winners of the OMG Offer will be announced on 30 th April 2018 by or post. It will also be posted on our website. Q18. Is my Free Holiday transferable? A18. Yes. You can transfer your free holiday to your friends and relatives. Q19. If I Win any of the Free Holidays to Dubai, Thailand or Oman, when Can I travel on the same? A19. One can avail the Free Holiday anytime after completing your main tour or when you have paid the full tour cost of your main tour. You can avail the Free Holiday on dates of your choice but complete the free holiday before 31 st March However these holidays cannot be availed during peak periods, long weekends, Trade Fair, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, etc. One has to choose their destination and month of travel atleast 90 days prior to your tour departure. Q20. If I win the Offer of Optional Tour, how many Optional tours will I get for free? And will I get the choice to choose the Free Optional tours? A20. If you win the Offer of Free Optional Tour, One person will get One Optional Tour from the Optional Tour Box of your booked tour as Free. It will be Cox & Kings Choice about which Optional tour to give as Free. Q21. If I Win a Gift Voucher by when can I utilize the same? A21. One can utilize the Gift Vouchers anytime after completing your current tour. The Gift vouchers are valid for travel till 31 st March Q22. If I win the Travel Kit, when will I get the same? A22. If you win the Travel Kit, you will get the same at the time of your final handover. Q23. If my family Wins the discount of Rs 26000/- How will I get the same? A23. If you win the Discount of Rs per family, the same will be deducted at the time of full payments of your tour. 7 Q26. Do I need to pay anything in addition to the tour price of the holiday packages? A26. Apart from the applicable price mentioned in the price grids, each passenger will have to pay for any optionals if selected. High season charges will be extra (if any, during Peak Period / certain holidays trade fairs / or any other period specifically mentioned). For this offer, we recommend that you process the visas, the overseas mediclaim insurance policy and other appropriate insurances and basic travel quota through Cox & Kings. Q27. What is the payment policy and cancellation policy for this offer? A27. Please refer to the payment and cancellation policies in your respective Terms & Conditions booklet applicable for your booked tour. Q28. What if I do not pay on time? A28. If your full payment (reservation amount, booking amount, and full payment) is not received by the due date as mentioned in Table A and / or you do not comply with other terms and conditions of the offer, you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer. You will then be automatically charged the regular brochure price or any prevalent promotional price (with its applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments. If you do not wish to travel then, you will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation schedule in Table B or C Q29. What if Cox and Kings cancels my tour? A29. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without assigning any reason. In such a situation we would offer you alternative tour dates / tours. If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable, we would refund the money paid by you. However, we would not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation on or damages or consequential loss or to refund any other expenses incurred by you. However, in the event of the Company exercising its rights to amend or alter any tour / holiday advertised in their Brochure / itinerary after it has been booked but prior to departure, you shall have the option to continue with the tour / holiday as amended or altered or to accept any alternative tour / holiday, which the Company may offer. In either of these above cases the company shall not be liable to you for any damage, additional expenses, consequential loss suffered by you or to pay any amount as refund. Please Note: This condition does not apply due to cancellation of tours by the company due to Force Majeure conditions. Q30. What if I cancel my booking made under this Offer? A30. In case you decide to cancel your booking which you have done under this Offer, you would have to pay the cancellation charges listed in the terms and conditions and you will not be eligible for this offer.

8 CONTEST RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER 1. OMG Offer is subject to the prevailing laws including law relating to Foreign Exchange and RBI Regulations. In case of products for which payment in Foreign Exchange is required to be made, the client will pay the same as part of the LRS at the applicable rate from Cox & Kings. 2. Please refer to our OMG Offer booklet, Cox & Kings brochures, terms & conditions booklet and price grid for complete details, booking conditions and terms and conditions. 3. Subject to RBI / GOI approval and current rules and also subject to terms and conditions of Cox & Kings Ltd. 4. Festival and high season surcharge will apply. All kind of taxes, fuel hikes as and when received, would be applicable with immediate effect. Above mentioned tour prices is available for travel in select months only. 5. All above Tours are calculated at 1 EURO = INR 80, 1 USD = INR 68, 1 AUD = INR51, and 1 ZAR = INR 5, 1 JPY = INR0.63, 1 SGD = INR 51 and 1 NZD = INR 48. However the payment will be calculated at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of payment made. 6. Entrants must answer all the questions correctly to win the contest. Incomplete entries or unsigned entries shall be disqualified. Only one entry per customer shall be eligible. Cox & Kings shall not be responsible for any non- receipt of entries. 7. The winner shall be intimated individually by registered post at the address or the address provided by him / her on the form. Cox & Kings shall not be responsible if the address on the form is incorrectly entered. Cox & Kings will post the winners names on its website in India. In case the prize / offer is unclaimed by the winner within the stipulated period, then the offer stand cancelled automatically. Incase he winner does not wish to travel at the regular price or any existing promotion price at the time of full and final payment, then cancellation rules will apply. 8. All statutory taxes ( direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS, GST etc ) shall be payable by you. Cox & Kings will not be responsible / liable for the same. 9. The benefit under the scheme is guaranteed subject to the above and shall not be withdrawn by the company voluntarily. This is however subject to clause In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the OMG Offer or any alleged defect or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved through arbitration as per the arbitration and the conciliation act 1996 and said will be at Mumbai. 11. The OMG Offer offer does not amount to endorsement of the goods or services provided by organization / concerns like airlines, hotels, transport provider, cruise companies etc. whose services / products are availed by clients redeeming the OMG Offer or assurance as to their quality by Cox & Kings Ltd. and the company shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency therein. 12. All decisions pertaining to the Cox & Kings OMG Offer offer are at the sole discretion of Cox & Kings. 13. This offer is funded from a special promotional budget created by Cox & Kings and is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the management. 14. If your booking is not accepted by the company, the amount paid by you towards this booking would be refunded by the company.
