2 Our new retreat in Latvia is a new beginning for us and a New Year beginning for all of our lucky guests. We re all so excited to start working on our brand new our 5 star, winter spa retreat in Latvia s stunning National Park, Jurmala. Running from 28 January - 4 February 2018, it s going to be a really special start to the new year. We re creating a brand-new way to experience an inward journey of self-awareness and peace of mind, allowing time for hibernation and rejuvenation. With lots of yoga and hot yoga, fitness, pilates, life coaching, nutrition, meditation, treks on the beach and in the forest, downtime for spa treatments and a yummy menu designed especially for our guests. The WOW factor for this retreat is definitely our Yoga Spa Experience; We will take over the hotel s spa, which just happens to be the biggest in northern Europe, to give you: Chakra Balancing in the Amber Room Yoga Nidra in the Salt Cave Pranayama in the Hammam Chi-Fit Hydro in the Salt Water Pool When looking for our second YogaFit Retreats location we wanted to find something completely contrasting to our first one in Ibiza. Ibiza s sunshine and vibrant energy gives it a very outward and expansive feeling. Jurmala will be far more personal and introspective, giving our guests a completely different and unique experience. The weather outside will be cold and crisp, in fact the sea might even be frozen, however the vibe as always will be warm and friendly. The location is untouched by the UK tourism market and set on a 30km beach in the middle of a pine forest; you can t really get anywhere more stunning and idyllic. We are so excited to share this brand-new experience with everyone.

4 Yoga Spa Experience Y oga Nidra in the Salt Cave Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy (Halo is Greek for salt), has been practiced in eastern Europe and Russia for many years. Salt therapy detoxifies the body by drawing toxins, impurities, viruses and other pollutants from the body, whilst also reducing stress and headaches and increasing energy levels and creating better sleep patterns. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest relaxations possible whilst remaining conscious. Internalising whilst remaining aware of sound, it reduces tension and anxiety. Chi - Fit Hydro in the Garden Room Pool Lindsay s brand new program meets water for resistance and a deeper understanding of the ancient art of Tai Chi, allowing mindful and focused movement. The heated sea-water pool will cleanse as it supports you in graceful, moving meditation. It also deflects the negative and attracts strong positive energy Chakra Balancing focuses on each of the 7 Chakras, moving upward towards enlightenment using the positive clarity of amber energy Pranayama in the Hammam The Hammam, or Turkish bath is a place of ritual and rites, cleansing and purifying the body and opening up sinuses. Pranayama cleanes 72,000 channels within the body, purifying the circulatory and respiratory systems, whilst enriching the blood with oxygen on its way to the brain, the lungs, the heart and capillaries.
