Situated on the beach level, the Spa welcomes you daily from 8:30am to 7pm. Prices are indicated in French Polynesian Francs, all taxes included. Treatments All our treatments may be enjoyed as a couple. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to fully enjoy your Spa experience. In the event of a late arrival, your original treatment time will be shortened so that subsequent clients will not be penalized. We will give you a general well-being questionnaire in order to better address your specific needs. Your comfort is our priority during your treatment. The sauna and steam room will be heated upon demand at least 1 hour prior to requested time; should you wish to use these facilities, we suggest wearing your swimsuit. To maintain serenity and individual comfort, we ask that cell phones be turned off and that clients refrain from smoking and/or drinking alcohol in the Spa premises. Valuables We recommend that you leave all valuables in the hotel safe provided in your bungalow. The Spa accepts no responsibility in the event of loss of money or valuables of any kind. Cancellation Please inform the Spa at least 4 hours prior to scheduled appointment for all cancellations. Non-cancelled bookings will be billed 50% of published tariffs. All no-shows will be billed the full tariff of the reserved treatment. Payment Your treatment will be charged to your room bill. All payments by credit cards or cash will take place at the hotel reception desk.
