1 MEMORANDUM TO: FROM: RE: UTCA 2016 Convention Exhibitors Lauren Hagan Exhibit Program for UTCA s 52 nd Anniversary Convention September 28-October 1, 2017 DATE: March 13, 2017 Included with this Memorandum is information on the 2017 Convention Exhibits. As we have in the past, all of last year s exhibitors are being offered exhibit space for 2017 before the rest of the general membership. With the success of our recent Conventions being held at the Borgata, we expect an especially large crowd at this year s convention. Each of last year s exhibitors now have the opportunity to reserve the SAME space they occupied last year. Please indicate on the Registration Form if your firm would like last year s space or if you would like to be contacted to change locations. Changing of locations is NOT guaranteed, and any booths that do become available are on a first come, first served basis. To reserve exhibit space, please complete the enclosed form and return it to our office with payment as soon as possible. In Mid-April, the exhibit information will be released to the general membership.

Those exhibitors displaying light construction equipment will be scheduled a time in the morning. Convention exhibit hours are as follows: Friday, September 29th Saturday, September 30th 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon & 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM HOTEL INFORMATION: Rooms will be available at the Borgata Casino for September 28 - October 1, 2017 at a discounted rate, although exhibitors may only require two over-night stays.
