5 REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS "Early Bird" Rates apply only to registrations received with full payment that are postmarked on or before September 10th, Faxed registrations will NOT be accepted. Page 3 Cancellations - registration fees are refundable, less a $25 Administration Fee, on written notice of cancellation ed or faxed by September 13th, Because the Conference Committee must pay for meals and services for each delegate, no refunds are possible for cancellations less than 96 hours prior to the Conference. Delegate substitutions are permitted at no additional charge.
