Costs for certain additional activities such as tours are in addition to the registration fees. Please see the Tours section of this package and then complete the Fee calculation form to indicate your tour selections. Please complete the following three pages of the Registration Form and send it along with payment of the calculated fees to FICPI Canada Treasurer at any of the addresses above. Hotel Reservations must be made directly with the Fairmont Château Laurier. 5 HOTEL INFORMATION HOTEL RESERVATIONS Hotel reservations can be made at the following link: All reservations as well as changes in arrival, departure, type of accommodation and cancellations must be made by May 10, 2010, directly with the hotel, either in writing or by telephone. Should you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notified within 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. 7 TOURS and ACTIVITIES REGISTRATION DEADLINE: The registration deadline for tours is May 10, After this date, registration will be taken on a space available basis only at the FICPI Tour Desk in the Lobby of the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. TOUR CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation or exchange requests must be received in writing by May 10, If a ticket holder requests a tour cancellation, all pre-registration money will be returned minus a $5.00 per tour cancellation fee. REFUNDS: There will be no refunds or exchanges after May 10, 2010, unless a tour is cancelled due to failure to meet minimum participation requirement. In the event of cancellation by FICPI CANADA, you will be notified by May 14, 2010 via if a tour you have booked has been cancelled due to lack of participation. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the tour only. FICPI CANADA retains the right to cancel any tour where requirements are not met. FICPI CANADA reserves the right to make comparable substitutions if circumstances necessitate a change in any element of the stated program. All tours will operate rain or shine.
