2 Introduction Valentine Sports Park Home of Football is a state of the art sporting complex which caters for sporting groups, corporate, and schools as well as individuals. It is also the Headquarters for Football NSW, the governing body for football in New South Wales. The facility encompasses synthetic and turf fields as well as an indoor court, change room amenities, 20m lap pool, accommodation, on site café and catering, function/conference space and lecture facilities. Valentine Sports Park caters for: Sporting teams at an elite, semi-professional, community or schools level Corporate team building sessions Holiday camps Accommodation related to all of the aforementioned options Valentine Sports Park is the benchmark multipurpose facility for sporting, recreational and community use in Australia. 4 1 Facilities Accommodation, 58 rooms - maximum 192 occupancy Onsite café 3 turf fields 2 synthetic fields Dining hall with catering services Multi-purpose indoor sports centre including FIFA approved Futsal court and stadium seating Education and learning centres Function area Onsite parking with overflow for larger events Accommodation There are 58 onsite rooms with a range of bedding configurations. All rooms have a private selfcontained bathroom and televisions. There are three breakout rooms in which guests can relax or conduct meetings. Playing Fields There are 2 synthetic playing fields and 3 turf fields; all aligned to FIFA specifications. Futsal and Multi-Purpose Indoor Centre The multi-purpose indoor sports centre features an international size FIFA approved Futsal court with timber sprung floor and grandstand seating for spectators. There is also a modern scoreboard and player facilities. The centre can accommodate for basketball, netball, volleyball and a range of other sports. Cafe and Dining Room The dining room is located above the Indoor Centre. It offers accommodation guests up to 3 meals per day. There is also an on-site cafe serving coffee, snacks and fresh food. Home of Football Consisting of the main grandstand with a capacity of 500 seats and the Football NSW administration headquarters, this building is the centrepiece of Valentine Sports Park. 5 2 Conferencing and Functions Valentine Sports Park is the ideal place for conferences and meetings. Our lecture rooms will meet your requirements and are ideally suited for: Corporate training sessions Tuition lessons Social groups Committee meetings The facility is fitted out with the latest technology platforms allowing Valentine Sports Park to host a conference or training day that can be shared regionally and interstate. All conference and functions can be catered for onsite with meals prepared from within our commercial kitchen. PG 5

8 4 Accommodation and Amenities Valentine Sports Park s two storey accommodation block can accommodate up to 200 guests in comfortable, air conditioned rooms. These are ideal for individuals or groups, with a range of bedding configurations available. The space offers 38 double bunk rooms, 20 twin share rooms and three breakout function rooms for guests to use for leisure purposes or stage meetings. The rooms are serviced daily to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. 10 5 Café and Dining Room The dining room is located above the Indoor Futsal Centre. All guests staying at Valentine Sports Park can be provided breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining hall can accommodate for groups up to 200. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for. Valentine Cafe will also be serving freshly made meals prepared on site.
