CCRA's preferred (negotiated) rates for Hotel partners can be accessed, through your GDS, using the CCRA booking format examples as described on the next page. 2. The CD number, if required, is usually attached to the CCRA rate access code and will be entered automatically in the PNR, although, some hotels require a CD number to be entered manually. In cases where only the COR rate access code is available, you may need to manually enter the CD number. 3. Cancellation and guarantee policies vary at each hotel. To check a specific property's cancellation or guarantee policy, refer to the hotel's description in the GDS. Be aware that GDS chain codes can also vary by the both hotel and by the GDS system used.
