12 PHASE 2: MAINTENANCE PHASE 1: CREATION Process (i.e., the less-boring part) 1 ACTIVITY Outreach to agency: Overview of GTFS data, invitation to participate, delivery of Data Agreement, address questions LEAD ODOT 2 Agency signs and returns Data Agreement to ODOT Agency 3 Trillium is notified of agency s participation and is put in touch with provider s designated person ODOT 4 Trillium begins outreach to agency to learn about their service Trillium 5 Trillium creates a private online system map of the agency s routes and stops for the provider to review Trillium 6 Agency reviews online system map and provides feedback to Trillium until it s accurate Agency 7 Trillium creates GTFS feed based on map and informs Google Trillium 8 Google publishes feed in Google Maps (30-90 days) Google FEED IS NOW LIVE AND WILL SHOW UP IN GOOGLE MAPS 9 Agency notifies Trillium that they are about to make a schedule or routing change to their service. (As a backup, Trillium also uses a website monitoring service to detect if agencies make any changes to the service information on their website. If they see potential service changes they will contact the agency) Agency 10 Trillium creates a new feed for the agency based on those upcoming changes Trillium 11 Trillium informs Google about updated feed Trillium 12 Google publishes updated feed in Google Maps (14-21 days) Google 12 UPDATED FEED IS NOW LIVE AND WILL SHOW UP IN GOOGLE MAPS
