SUBJECT/OBJET The Chair and Members of Council Regional Clerk S FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 1999 (AS PER CORPORATE POLICY MANUAL SECTION 4.6.6) BACKGROUND In accordance with the provisions for the Opening of Tenders in Section of the Corporate Policy Manual, all tenders shall be received by the Clerk and shall be opened in public by the Clerk at the time specified in the tender documents. Tender documents are officially opened by the Regional Clerk s designate after 3:00 p.m. on the day specified in the tender documents. On occasion, such as during the idle construction season, tenders may not be called and tender openings are not conducted. Attached for your information are the Records of Tender Openings for 01, 02, 04, 09, 11, 15, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24, and 25 February It is our intention to provide all Members of Council with the Record of Tender Openings on a regular basis so that you may be informed of Regional activities.
