Seal motor end cap to pump manifold at the rods and center boss using RV sealant. Attach item 2 to item 0. orque item 5 to -8 in-lbs. (,2-,7 cm/kg). orque item 2 to 6- ft-lbs. (22-26 Nm). orque item 5 to 6-0 ft-lbs. (8- Nm). orque item 5 to 7-5 in-lbs. (5,-6,0 Nm). orque item 8 to 25-0 in-lbs. (28,8-,5 cm/kg.) Apply Loctite 22 to threads. Apply Loctite 55 to threads of item 8. Align tube to face gear mesh to allow for splash lubrication. Set relief valve (item 50) to psi (7,-27, bar). Stake threads after setting relief valve. Apply sealant to the top of the reservoir before applying the cork gasket. Do not use any sealant on the nitrile gasket. orque item 0 to 5-6 ft-lbs. (-22 Nm).
