Currently our facility is at capacity, we have about 60 seasonal and daily sites that have reached there saturation point. Our power source is limited and can only supply 15 amp service to our customers. The water is from a well and untreated, our sewer is by dump only and not serviced to the lots. The stalls are currently inefficiently designed and not using the land to it s advantage. Our new concept would add close to 100 new lots to the campground and reconfigure the design so it is more efficiently used. Each stall would be standardized to county regulation and we would add city water, sewer and upgraded power to each site. The roadways would intertwined so that each stall could be accessed easier, allowing for more room to maneuver and park. PRE-RESERVE LOTS UP TO 50 LOTS WILL BE UNDER A PRE-RESERVE FOR 5 YEARS We will re-release 50 lots to the public on a reserve basis. The funds raised from this pre-reserve will go to the expansion and restoration of the RV Park. Each Renter will get first selection of the new lots completed. There will be a significant discount in this reserve of up to 40% per reserved lot for the first 5 years and 15% the following years. All costs are taken care of in the reserve except for power costs, these costs will be billed separately. Value for 5 year reserve is $25,000, actual cost to the renter will be $15,000 for one lot and one membership. If the renter wants it with a couples membership the cost will be $20,000, family Membership would be $22,500. Golf Memberships would include green fees for both courses and will include a cart. Membership also includes full use of teaching centre and 6 hole loop course. Reserve will include storage of RV for winter on chosen site, utilities will however be only available seasonal by from April 15th Oct. 15th pending weather. Where Canada Meets Scotland

6 Wolf Creek RV Campground Policies & Regulations All Trailers must be in good working order and no more than 15 years of age. All utility hookups must be standard and in good working order, no temporary hook ups allowed. All power will be metered and charged out on a monthly basis. Quads or motorbikes are not allowed at the Campground. Your lot must be kept clean and tidy at all times, please avoid excess ornaments or fixtures. No additional privacy fencing can be put up other than specific natural fencing that is consistent to the development. Winter storage is allowed but all power, sewer and water will be shut off in the winter. RV campground will be open no earlier than April 15th and closed no later than Oct. 15th pending weather conditions. Please refer to Policies and Regulations manual for further rules.
